The two week wait is a time to calm your mind and relax your body. Connect deeply into your womb through this meditation to visualize implantation and visualize the future of what your family will look like.

Finding a comfortable position to relax your body into,

Laying down on your back.

Invite your eyes to softly close and feel yourself really arrive here for your meditation practice today.

Invite the back of your body to sink a little deeper down into the beds on the ground beneath you.

Feel the front of your body soft,

Open.

So we can feel into these two aspects in your body.

The back of your body feeling grounded and supported.

The front of your body open and receptive.

Feel into that with your breath.

So as you breathe in the front and the sides of your body open.

As you breathe out your back melts a little deeper down into the ground beneath.

Breathing in to open and soften.

Breathing out to ground and relax.

Feel into that for a few breaths.

Now continue to feel your breath flow into you.

And visualize your breath like a golden light of energy flowing down to warm your womb.

Beautiful warm energy flowing down into your uterus,

Into your womb.

Visualize that beautiful,

Warming,

Nourishing golden light flowing down as you breathe in.

Spreading throughout your womb as you exhale the air softly leaves.

Feel into that for a few breaths.

Your womb is soft,

Receptive and warm.

Start to visualize now your newly fertilized egg settling into your womb.

Invite it into this warm receptive space.

Feel the walls of your uterus soft and open and ready to nourish the seed of life resting here.

See your little egg nestling into the walls of your womb.

Can you bring your mind's eye down into your womb?

Connect into it.

Feel warmth here.

See the egg and your uterus hugging each other.

Feeling love and health in your womb.

Feel the magic of life being created within you.

As you welcome this being,

Your baby,

Into your body.

Continue to breathe that beautiful golden light down into your womb with each breath.

Bringing more nourishment,

More warmth,

More holding support into your womb.

Now connect into the feeling of inviting that egg to implant,

Grow and flourish.

Look deeper into your womb,

Either seeing it within your mind's eye or placing both hands over your womb and consciously absorb the warmth from your palms into your womb and your belly.

Now visualising into the future.

Feeling deep inside your body.

Your baby taking form.

Growing week by week.

Month by month.

Feeling healthy and strong.

Visualise your belly growing.

Picture yourself in your mind's eye.

A month from now.

Two months from now.

Six months from now.

Nine months from now.

Then seeing your future self.

Holding your newborn baby in your arms.

Lovingly feeling joy.

Seeing contentment.

Feel into this.

Seeing this within your body and your mind to integrate.

It's a beautiful way to set intentions within your body.

Seeing them as though they are already happening.

Feel into that energy.

Holding your newborn baby in your arms.

Picture the family you are wishing to create.

Trust your body.

Be kind to yourself.

All will happen in perfect timing for you.

Trust your body.

Be kind to yourself.

All will happen in perfect timing for you.

Just continue to feel this beautiful warmth inside.

Continue to breathe in that beautiful warming,

Nourishing golden light energy.

Flows into your body with each breath in.

As you exhale the air clears out but that golden light and that warmth stays within your womb.

That warmth is allowing your womb to be warm,

Soft and receptive.

Visualize that newly fertilized egg settling into your womb.

Feel the walls of your uterus soft and open.

Ready to nourish the seed of life resting here.

Continue feeling into that energy.

Beautiful warm receptive womb.

Breathe more and more of that beautiful golden light within.

Just enjoy this time to rest deeply.

This time to nourish yourself.

This time right now to deeply connect within.

This time just for you.

So if you ever notice that your mind wanders off and becomes distracted,

Acknowledge where it's gone and then let go of the distractions.

Let go of any worries and bring yourself back here.

Back into this state of being,

Of nourishing,

Of warming,

Of connecting.

Continue to breathe that beautiful nourishing,

Warming golden light into your womb.

Enjoy this time for you to rest deeply now.

Continue to feel your breath flowing through you.

You can gently let go of the visualization of the golden light.

But know that you can reconnect back into that golden light at any time of day.

Any time you're wishing to reconnect into your womb,

Warm into your womb,

Bring in more trust within your womb.

Breathe into it,

Connect into it,

Feel into it.

Just feel now that your breath is naturally flowing through you.

Just feel a path of your breath flow in and out.

Feel your body resting on the surface it's within.

Feel again the sense of the front of your body being open and receptive.

The back of your body grounded and supported.

And you can carry those feelings within you throughout your day.

Feeling open and receptive but also grounded and supported.

A beautiful balance within.

Now start to notice and hear the sounds within the space you're within.

Hearing the sound of my voice.

Maybe hearing your breath moving through you.

Maybe hearing your heartbeat.

And then expand your awareness out to the sounds outside of the space you're within.

And then start to get a sense and feeling into your body.

Imagine your fingers and toes gently wiggling.

And then gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

You can move your body in any way it likes.

Or you can always stay resting for longer if you wish.

When you are ready you can open your eyes and arrive back into your day with this beautiful feeling of warmth,

Of strength,

Of connection and trust deep within you.

Such a lovely and supportive meditation for the luteal phase! The guided visuals were truly wonderful. I only wish the background sound was a bit quieter to hear the words more clearly, but otherwise this so great!
