I invite you to take the next two minutes to just become aware of your body and your breath and step into this present moment.
It can be easy to get lost going through the motions of life,
Getting distracted with things that we are doing,
Work,
Chores,
And forget to recognize the present moment,
The here and now.
So join me for the remainder of this practice by simply just allowing your breath to flow in and out of your body.
Inhales through your nose and exhales through your mouth,
Recognizing how the air feels as it flows through your body,
Through your vessel,
Recognizing how your belly rises on the inhale and falls on the exhale,
And recognizing all the different sensations that may be present for you right now.
Whenever you find yourself just going through the motions,
I invite you to just stop for a moment,
Taking a few breaths,
And stepping back into the present moment.
