In this fast paced world we lose connection to the self , we lose connection to the body. The Body keeps us grounded, and brings us a sense of saftey and security. The body brings us back to the present, to the now. We often neglect to give recognition and gratitude to the vessel that takes us through each day, that keeps us breathing, keeps our heart beating, keeps us alive without us really noticing. The body and the soul respond beautifuly to reconnection and self love.
