We will practice mantra walking meditation for approximately 26 minutes. First, choose a simple phrase or mantra that resonates with you, such as "peace" "I am present” or anything else relevant to your life. We'll then start by walking slowly and rhythmically, repeating the chosen mantra with each step or several steps based on your mantra or needs. Allow the mantra to guide your focus and attention. Before starting think about your walking path, prepare your attire, and stretch. Pause if you need to anytime while listening to instructions. Accompanying background music will aid your walking. Keep focusing on your mantras throughout and choose the pace that works best for you.

Welcome to this walking meditation where we will focus on mantra walking meditation.

How this works is that we will incorporate the repetition of a mantra or phrase with each step to help focus and quiet the mind.

Before we start think about your walking path,

Prepare your attire,

And stretch.

Pause if you need to anytime while beginning.

To do this choose a simple phrase or mantra that resonates with you such as peace or I am present.

Think about anything else relevant in your life that you would like to choose as a mantra or even a quick affirmation.

To do this begin walking slowly and rhythmically repeating the chosen mantra with each step.

If you have a phrase you may want to extend the phrase for several steps rather than each step.

Allow the mantra to guide your focus and attention gently bringing your mind back whenever it wanders.

There's accompanying music to match this challenge.

Let's continue to do this and keep on concentrating.

In order for you to concentrate there will be no more talking for the remainder of this challenge.

However there will be a bell to signal the halfway mark.

When you hear this you can reverse course and head back to the beginning or remain on your path.

Good luck and remain your concentration.
