In this 10-minute daily evening practice, you will journal on three prompts to help you wrap up your day in the energy of gratitude. The session begins with a short meditation, visualizing wrapping up the gift that is each day, and then we journal for one minute each on three prompts. There's no need to write in complete sentences or with perfect grammar. The intention is to get out whatever is top of mind for you in the one minute timeframe, but you can always pause the track if you'd like to journal for a bit longer.
