This is a lovely way to start your day off. Join me as we are guided into a yoga nidra state and find our Sankalpa, our intention and energy for the day. This is a ten-minute practice that incorporates mindfulness of the breath, intention setting, and a yoga nidra body scan. There is a minute of quiet to soak in the nidra state and then gentle guidance out with your breath. We use the visualization of sunlight to touch the points of your body.
