This 15-minute meditation is perfect for any time of day. It is a visualization with a curated soundscape made for your ears and mind. We begin with tuning into the breath, then a body scan to settle the body in, and then you are invited into a journey into a magical and peaceful forest where you will enter your inner sanctum: a place that is completely you and somewhere safe for you to rest and rejuvenate. After some time in your inner sanctum, you are gently guided out and back to the physical world. Try returning to this track whenever you need a reset, or do it daily for a week and see the calming and positive effects on your life! Please let me know if you liked this meditation, and I can make more like it!

Hello,

Welcome to the inner sanctum meditation with the mindful remedy.

You may use this meditation at any time.

It can be used in the morning to welcome your day or when you feel yourself needing a rest.

Anytime you need a break from the external world.

Making yourself comfortable,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

Closing your eyes,

Feeling your body on the surface beneath you.

And taking a deep breath in and exhaling.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Taking a moment to quiet the mind by focusing on your inhale and your exhale.

Using your inhale to fill yourself with peace and exhaling anything you don't need.

Inhaling peace,

Exhaling anything you don't need.

Once more,

Inhaling deep,

Feeling peace fill you up and exhaling,

Releasing anything you don't need for this meditation.

And feeling your body wherever it makes contact with the earth beneath you.

Feel your body relaxing.

Each inhale and exhale,

Moving over your muscles,

Releasing any tension.

As you follow your breath,

Feel the tension releasing from your scalp,

Your forehead.

Breathing as you relax your mouth,

Your jaw loosening,

Your neck unwinding,

Your shoulders releasing tension,

Your arms heavy,

Your hips loosening,

Your pelvis dropping,

Your legs heavier,

Your knees heavy,

Loose.

You're breathing deep as your calves release,

Your ankles dropping,

Releasing tension.

Your breath relaxing,

Exiting through the soles of your feet.

As you breathe,

Feeling yourself drop deeper into the quiet of your mind.

Your body heavy,

Relaxed,

And still.

Now envisioning yourself walking along a path,

A beautiful path of glistening stones.

Your feet falling onto them,

The path winding through a beautiful landscape of towering trees,

Their leaves whispering in the breeze,

The sun dancing down,

A feeling of peace with every step you take as you venture through this forest into the woods.

And ahead,

A bend in the path with an inviting,

Well-crafted table where you know you can set your burdens down.

Feeling yourself lighten as you place your burdens onto this table.

Then walking away,

Feeling lighter,

Following the path deeper into the forest where the trees welcome you and the air is beautiful and full of comfort.

You hear a river,

The water running.

And you see the crystal clear waters of the river,

The path ahead of you leading across the river,

Where an intricately carved bridge with beautiful imagery welcomes you.

Your feet stepping onto the bridge,

Where you feel the spray of the river below you and the rushing water beneath you.

And as you walk across this bridge,

The water carries away anything that doesn't serve you.

It's all washed away as you walk across the bridge.

The river whispers to you and you know you are taken care of.

As you finish crossing the bridge,

You step back onto the path,

Which leads down into a cave that is lit by beautiful luminescent gems.

This cave is ancient and sacred.

And you know that with every step,

You are safe.

The cave is a place of safety,

Of beauty,

Of kindness.

Your feet stepping down into the cave,

Your eyes marveling at the glimmering gems,

The lights.

And you step deeper down.

As I count down the steps,

You will go deeper into the cave.

And at one,

The cave will open to your inner sanctum.

Whatever this is to you,

Let the image come as your feet climb deeper into the cave.

And your feet hitting flat ground,

A beautiful landscape opens before you.

A majestic,

Magical,

Wonderful place that is your inner sanctum.

A place where your soul can be free,

Where you are at ease,

Where you can sing,

Dance,

Play.

You enter this sanctum,

A place that is quintessentially you.

Finding a spot where you can sit,

You take in the wonder all around you.

Every detail is something for you,

From you.

The sky glitters,

The air is clear.

Wherever your sanctum is,

It is wholly yours,

And you are at peace.

Sitting here in your inner sanctum,

Enjoying the ease and the peace that is all around you,

That is within you.

I will leave you to enjoy your inner sanctum.

Hearing the bell,

You know it is time to get up and return.

Standing up from your seat,

Taking one last look around,

You know that your inner sanctum is always there for you.

Whenever you want to return,

Whenever you need it,

This is your inner sanctum.

It is yours,

And it will always be here within you.

Turning,

You exit the sanctum and walk through a beautiful,

Blooming garden.

A small creek flows through it.

You follow it,

Watching as the landscape changes,

And the creek becomes the river,

Where you see an arch of two ancient trees,

Their branches joining above,

The path going right through it.

As you walk under the trees,

You feel a sense of peace and deep knowing.

And you may pass the table with your burdens,

Or you may not.

You may leave them there.

And returning out of the woods,

Walking out,

You feel the peace of your inner sanctum all around and within you,

As you exit the path out of the woods.

And slowly,

You feel your physical body,

Well-rested,

Waiting for you.

Inhaling deeply as you slowly return,

And slowly exhaling,

Feeling the peace of your inner sanctum with you as you inhale and exhale,

Returning to your body,

Feeling the ground beneath you,

Allowing the room to come back to your consciousness.

And whenever you're ready,

The external world is here for you.

And you may open your eyes.
