
Journey To Your Inner Sanctum
This 15-minute meditation is perfect for any time of day. It is a visualization with a curated soundscape made for your ears and mind. We begin with tuning into the breath, then a body scan to settle the body in, and then you are invited into a journey into a magical and peaceful forest where you will enter your inner sanctum: a place that is completely you and somewhere safe for you to rest and rejuvenate. After some time in your inner sanctum, you are gently guided out and back to the physical world. Try returning to this track whenever you need a reset, or do it daily for a week and see the calming and positive effects on your life!
