Good morning.
This meditation will guide you into a day that you will find fulfilling.
You can do this either in bed,
Still lying down,
Or sitting up right just after waking up.
So first,
Close your eyes and find a position that is comfortable for you.
Enjoy the calm in your body and of your mind that is still present early in the morning.
Rest in your body and feel the warmth,
The calm.
And if you feel that you could adjust your body just a slight bit to be even more comfortable,
Please do so.
And then I invite you to focus your attention on your breath.
Watch your breath as it goes,
Calmly and regularly,
At its own natural pace.
Breathing in and breathing out without the need to do anything,
All very natural.
And let your awareness expand to your stomach region or your chest area and see how it expands with every breath.
Feel the regular expansion and how pleasant this is,
How it creates space in your own body.
And let your attention move towards your heart region,
The center of your chest.
And feel the space there,
Feel the calm there and how relaxed you are.
Just come to your own senses and your own center.
Come to your own feelings and emotions.
Feel the area where your emotions sit,
Somewhere around the heart region.
Now imagine that when you come back this evening and when you're back here in bed and you're lying down and relaxing again,
What kind of feeling would you like to come up then if you look back on the day?
How would you feel at the end of this day?
And give it some time to let it rise and become clearer,
To notice what's the wish that is inside you that comes up for this day.
Let your awareness grow for what comes up as a pleasant feeling.
Let it sit,
Let it become clearer and enjoy it.
From here I invite you to open up your awareness out into the world.
What kind of noises and sounds do you hear?
Let them just come to you,
Don't need to focus on anything,
They will come by themselves.
What sounds do you hear out there?
Some of them might be closer,
Others farther away,
Some of them might be very soft and others a little bit more prominent.
Nothing to do,
Just open up your awareness to the sounds that are out there.
The world awakes around you and let your mind open up to that.
And become aware of the possibilities that this awaking world offers to you,
How it invites you,
It invites you to be there amongst this world.
Feel the sense of invitation.
And let this invitation of the world meet your wish for the day,
Your wish for the day how you would like to feel at the end of it.
And let this day invite you to fulfill this wish.
And open up to what's coming up inside of you.
When you feel the invitation to fulfill your wish for the day,
What's coming up for you?
Could be a sense of excitement,
Could be a sense of creativity,
Maybe just some energy to do something.
Maybe you see very specific tasks in front of you coming up already.
All of that is fine.
Just focus on the pleasant part of these emotions.
The pleasant part of these invitations and the feelings of wanting to do something and wanting to achieve your wish for the day.
The pleasant parts of these emotions.
The sensations of being awake and the sensations of energy inside of you.
And allow these positive and pleasant emotions,
This wide awakeness to expand in you.
In your mind,
In your thoughts,
In your emotions,
In your body.
Where is a physical sensation of this energy right now?
Where do you find it?
And let it expand in your body too.
Your body is waking up just like your mind is.
And enjoy this feeling of growing energy and wanting to do something that fulfills your wish for the day,
Following up on the invitations of what is out there in this world.
And please remember that you can always come back to this feeling throughout the day.
It's always there because it's right inside yourself.
It's always with you.
Take it a moment or two to really enjoy this feeling that you're creating to bring your wish into the world and create a day for yourself that fulfills you.
And now that we are getting to the end of this meditation,
Please take a deep breath,
Exhale and open up your eyes and let the world in.
