So let's begin by just standing,
Feeling a sense of aliveness within you now,
Taking a deep breath,
Maybe noticing a bodily readiness to walk.
Can you feel that?
A physical readiness to move forward,
To walk.
Like a spring ready to be sprung.
And now just releasing the spring and walking.
Here we go.
We are walking.
Yeah,
Feel that.
And now noticing how your eyes move along the surface of the world as you walk.
Your eyes moving this way and that,
Then transferring that knowledge into your body so that you can walk without falling.
Your eyes almost like a walking cane or an elephant's trunk,
Noting the changing surface of the world and then giving you that understanding so that you can take steps without falling or walking into things.
Your balance coming and going with each step along the changing surface of the world.
Can you feel that?
The coming and going of balance along the changing surface as you walk?
What else can you notice that's coming and going?
That's changing?
Maybe sounds,
Breezes,
Shade and light?
What else can you notice that's coming and going?
That's changing?
Your very perspective on the world,
What you are seeing,
It arises then disappears out of your field of vision as you walk.
Can you notice that?
Things appearing to you then disappearing to you as other things appear as you walk.
This is life.
Appearing and disappearing so that other things might appear as you walk your path.
Each and every step you take appears then disappears.
Can you feel that?
Each disappearing step makes space for the new appearance of stepping and it cannot be otherwise.
You walk only because of appearance and disappearance.
Appearance and disappearance.
Each step,
Each breath,
Everything you see and then don't see,
This is life.
Can you be fully in this life as it is?
Catching and releasing.
Catching and loving perhaps for just a moment and releasing.
Everything you see,
Catch and release.
Everything you feel,
Catch and release.
Everything you think,

Everything around you and within you in different stages of appearing and disappearing.
You even.
Appearing and disappearing.
All we can do perhaps is catch,
Love and release.
