Hey,

It's Cyrus.

Welcome to this soothing affirmation track to relax and cultivate tons of abundant positive energies.

You can put this track on in the background while you're going to sleep or meditating or even just going about your day to relax and reinforce abundance and positivity.

Just make sure you're doing so safely and not while driving or anything that requires your full alert attention as this can be very relaxing.

So just find a comfortable position with whatever you're doing and allow your muscles to relax and allow your breath to become full and a little bit slower.

And you can repeat the affirmations when it feels intuitive or you can just relax and let it flow through you and let your subconscious absorb it easily.

It's safe to relax.

I allow myself to relax a little bit now with no pressure.

I don't need to hold any unnecessary tension in this moment.

I give myself permission to let go and relax a little bit deeper with each passing moment.

Any stuck or old energy,

I allow it to flow through now.

The more I allow these energies to flow through,

The more space I notice opening up within me.

Any thoughts that are hanging on,

It's safe to let them go now.

I can allow my mind to gradually slow down.

I can be aware of this moment without thinking about it,

Just being aware.

I allow myself to feel a good feeling of being aware without thinking.

I notice the aliveness that arises in my body when I'm aware without thinking.

The more I allow myself to relax,

The more quietly intense that aliveness in my body can become.

That aliveness is an abundant feeling.

It's an expansive feeling.

I can allow the textures and colors of that abundant,

Expansive feeling to flow through me freely.

And the positivity of that feeling can expand and even become a sense of lightness or euphoria and effortless floating.

In this space and this porous energy,

I can easily receive abundance in all forms.

In this deepening relaxation,

I can easily feel the whole spectrum of positive energies flowing through me with ease.

I'm open to being surprised by the different forms of positivity.

I'm open to feeling the positive energies that can flow through.

I embrace my mind expanding and reflecting this sense of abundance and limitless possibilities.

I allow myself to visualize and deeply feel all these forms of abundance and positivity flowing through freely.

I allow all these energies of relaxation,

Abundance,

And joy to be effortless,

Normal,

Natural to me.

I embrace what is for me and joyfully let go of what is not.

I allow my inner cup to overflow with more than I could ever need.

I allow that cup to overflow and spill out into the world as a giving,

A generosity from that inner joy.

As I give freely,

More flows back to me effortlessly without even needing it.

As I give and receive freely,

I feel connected,

Abundant,

Powerful,

And loving.

The more deeply I relax,

The more fully and freely these energies can flow through me.

I am pure love,

I am pure joy,

I am the creative flow of abundance.

I am all of these things effortlessly.

I let go of the noise and allow myself to be the pure flow of energy.

I allow myself to relax deeper than I expected.

And I allow myself to feel that energy of joy,

Abundance,

And love deeply now.

I allow myself to feel those energies for no rhyme or reason,

Just because I am that.

I allow myself to live from this space,

From these energies.

I allow myself to feel and release the blocks to these energies.

I can relax now and just be connected to that for as long as I want.
