Hey,
It's Cyrus.
And welcome to this meditation to just be.
Because you've forgotten how to do that.
You remember how to do,
But you've forgotten how to just be.
So without further ado,
Just go ahead and find a position that feels comfortable.
You can close your eyes when you feel ready.
And as you sit there with your eyes closed,
Just be.
And if your mind wants to do something,
Just let it be by letting it do whatever it does.
Don't try to do anything,
Just be.
And allow your breath to be as it is.
You don't have to alter it or change it.
Just let it be.
Notice what happens when you give yourself permission to not need to do anything or get anywhere or anything.
Just literally giving yourself permission to be.
Any feelings you have that you might notice,
Just letting them be as they are.
If there's some aspects you don't like about this moment,
Just notice what happens as you let them be instead of trying to push them away or down.
Any aspects of this moment that you do like,
Notice what happens as you let them be instead of grasping at them or trying to make them stay.
Notice what the felt experience of just being is like as you let the doing fall away.
Can you take pleasure in just being as you are without needing to do anything?
Can you enjoy it?
Can you notice the little impulses or waves of doingness that try to pop up and let them go and dive deeper into just being?
Can you feel into and sense how just being as you are rhymes with a sense of stillness and simplicity?
What is it like to let go of any last whispers of effort and allow your beingness to be completely effortless?
Can you sense and enjoy the richness and depth of your experience as you pour your attention into this moment,
Into just being?
Being.
Can you give yourself abundant permission to rest here in the depths of this being?
And swim in its effortless slow currents for as long as your soul wishes to.
Just be.
Just be.
And only when you feel ready,
I invite you to very slowly,
Delicately,
Come back at your own pace.
Intentionally bringing that connection to that state of just being.
With you.
Back into the world one moment at a time.
And I invite you to get curious about how that intentional connection to that state illuminates the way you move through the world.
And I thank you deeply for taking this time for yourself today.
I hope you return when you need it.
And I wish you a beautiful rest of your day.
