Sometimes it can happen when you wake up in the morning and the day is already pulling you in so many different directions that your energy becomes split.
And it can create stress already even before you put your feet on the ground.
Starting the day with a gentle morning intention.
Can be really powerful in setting yourself up to move through the day with clarity,
With energy,
With focus and yeah fun having fun how nice is that so let's start by Setting your intention.
How is it you want to feel?
Even during the day you can do this.
It doesn't have to be in the mornings.
But in the mornings in particular it's very powerful.
Start by taking a short pause.
Just pause for a moment and ask yourself,
How do I want to feel today?
How do I want to feel as I move through the day?
It's not necessary to go into the details of the meetings of the rendezvous or wherever you're planning,
But more the dominant feeling that you would like to experience as the baseline for your day.
And then.

.
Choose a word or a mantra Things are working out so well for me today.
I'm so happy.
I feel so uplifted.
I feel so grounded.
It's so nice to feel calm and clear.
I feel so relaxed.
I feel I can take on the world.
I've got it swinging by the tail.
You get the idea?
You set yourself up.
And feel that really land in your body.
Take a moment.
Breathe it into every cell,
The feeling of it,
The feeling of your intention.
Breathe it in.
Let it settle.
All your cells,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your spirit is absorbing that intention.
And as you breathe out,
Relax.
Let go of any resistance to that.
Especially if the mind jumps in and says,
Yes,
But.
Breathe that out.
Breathe in the pure positive intention.
Let it crystallize,
Let it settle into every cell of your body.
And breathe out,
Release any resistance or anything that gets in the way of that.
Do that until you feel a shift in your level of enthusiasm,
Your eagerness to get into the day.
This is going to be such a great day.
And be patient.
Small steps.
Don't expect to get out of bed and feel super amazing all day every day.
It takes practice,
So be patient with yourself.
Just feeling a little better,
Feeling a little better.
And take it with you during the day to remind yourself of your initial intention.
