Find a position of comfort,
Sitting or standing.
Bringing your full attention to the present moment,
Connecting directly to your senses and to your breath.
At each stage you'll be guided to gently hold your attention on the point in your body along the spine where the chakra is located.
Be open to inviting the sounds and frequencies to balance and heal this center.
While breathing in,
Feel the air carry energy completely filling the chakra,
Flowing in through every pore of your body as if you are pulling energy in from all around you.
Let the energy gather in your chakra like filling a container with liquid light.
As you exhale,
Feel this refreshed energy flow out in every direction,
Into every cell of your body and into your aura,
The energy field that is within and around you.
Breathe in a gentle flowing motion while staying focused and remaining soft and relaxed.
Continue this breathing practice for 6 to 10 breaths or until you feel the chakra is energized and enlivened.
Begin for the sounds to change and for the guidance to move your attention to the next chakra.
Start by placing your attention on the root chakra at the very base of your spine.
