Each chakra resonates at a specific frequency. These frequencies have been carefully blended with music in this guided meditation to balance and clear each chakra. Starting with the root center the vocal guidance and music move you gently from one chakra to the next ending with the crown centre at the top of the head. Each section has been enhanced with the vibration of that specific center.

Find a position of comfort,

Sitting or standing.

Bringing your full attention to the present moment,

Connecting directly to your senses and to your breath.

At each stage you'll be guided to gently hold your attention on the point in your body along the spine where the chakra is located.

Be open to inviting the sounds and frequencies to balance and heal this center.

While breathing in,

Feel the air carry energy completely filling the chakra,

Flowing in through every pore of your body as if you are pulling energy in from all around you.

Let the energy gather in your chakra like filling a container with liquid light.

As you exhale,

Feel this refreshed energy flow out in every direction,

Into every cell of your body and into your aura,

The energy field that is within and around you.

Breathe in a gentle flowing motion while staying focused and remaining soft and relaxed.

Continue this breathing practice for 6 to 10 breaths or until you feel the chakra is energized and enlivened.

Begin for the sounds to change and for the guidance to move your attention to the next chakra.

Start by placing your attention on the root chakra at the very base of your spine.

Now with the breathing technique as described.

The center of the body is where you can feel the energy flow.

As you exhale,

Feel the air carry energy completely filling the chakra,

Flowing in through every pore of your body as if you are pulling energy in from all around you.

Move your attention to the second chakra,

The Hara,

Located two inches below your navel.

Move your attention to the third chakra,

The Hara,

Located two inches below your navel.

Move your attention to the fourth chakra,

The Hara,

Located two inches below your navel.

Move your attention to the fifth chakra,

The Hara,

Located two inches below your navel.

Move your attention to the sixth chakra,

The Hara,

Located two inches below your navel.

Now move your attention along the spine to the position of the third chakra,

The solar plexus,

Directly behind your belly.

Now move your attention along the spine to the position of the third chakra,

The solar plexus,

Directly behind your belly.

Now move your attention along the spine to the position of the third chakra,

The solar plexus,

Directly behind your belly.

Now move your attention gently along the spine to the heart chakra,

Located at the centre of your chest.

Having done this meditation now 8 months after my review, it is easy to follow. The tingling sensation is almost immediate…relaxing and energizing at the same time. Written originally …. This is a meditation I will return to in order to get the full benefit. I found myself trying too hard for the first two chakras. By the third chakra I let go and was completely relaxed. I found that the changes in background music were very helpful and enjoyable. It was a great way to start the day. Thank you.
