This transformative active meditation is designed to energise, release, and re-centre you, flooding your system with pure positive energy, clarity, and focus. There are three stages: 1/ We begin with a gentle breathing practice to awaken and activate your body. 2/ Then we move into release by shaking out anything that no longer serves you. Open your heart, free your mind, and create space for presence. 3/ The final 3 minutes are a celebration. Dance. Move. Let the vibration of gratitude fill your whole being. We then close with a short moment of rest, fully charged and aligned. In just ten minutes, you’ll feel clear, grounded, and ready to meet whatever comes next—with power and presence.
