The beauty of working with energy, is working through time and space. I have discovered this technique through Quantum-Touch to send energy to my younger self, providing the love and support I needed in those moments and allowing for healing of past traumas. So finding yourself in a comfortable seated position or laying down,

If that is available,

We'll simply begin tuning into the rhythm of our breath,

Feeling our body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale,

Consciously becoming aware of your breath,

The rhythm of your breath,

Feeling your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale.

It is through our breath that we can access life force energy.

With each inhale,

We are bringing the energy in through our bodies and on our exhale,

Letting it circulate through our bodies.

Take a moment and really allow life force energy to move through your body,

Tapping into the rhythm of your breath,

Letting your breath wake up your cells,

Wake up your body.

Good.

And when you can feel the energy,

Turn your attention inward and begin to imagine a newborn who has just taken their first breath of air in your mind and heart.

Welcome this infant,

Hold this little one,

Send love and gratitude as you breathe.

Hold this little one.

Allow yourself to sense this little baby with as much feeling as you can.

With each breath,

Sending love to this newborn.

Keep breathing,

Allowing energy to fill the image.

Feel love,

Reach out and enfold the little one.

This is you.

This is your birth.

Welcome yourself to the world.

Imagine being held and welcomed and loved.

Imagine your first feeding.

Imagine your first nap,

Your first stretch.

Imagine the first weeks of life,

Breathing love into them all.

Breathe love into yourself as you learn to sit,

Crawl and walk,

Loving yourself as you hear yourself make sounds,

As you learn your words and begin to talk.

The baby has now become a toddler,

Taking steps and exploring the world.

Smile as you envision this,

Noticing thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Or memories that arise.

Noticing where in your body you are experiencing sensation,

Placing your hands there now,

Knowing through your breath you're accessing life force energy and sending it to yourself with your awareness,

Giving your younger self a bigger hug,

Letting them know they are loved.

Noticing this toddler who is learning more every day,

Growing,

Making friends.

Energize each step with love and gratitude.

The toddler is now older,

Ready to go to school.

It's your first day of school.

Embrace the experience,

Breathe with love,

Support yourself with energy as you learn reading,

Writing,

And communicating,

Letting yourself know you are safe,

You are loved,

You are whole.

See yourself older now,

A teenager,

With all the energies and experiences teen years bring.

Support this time with love and gratitude,

In school,

At home,

With family and friends.

Breathe with love,

Noticing what thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Or memories arise,

Giving yourself a big hug in these moments,

Letting yourself know I am safe,

I am loved,

I am whole.

See yourself grow into adulthood with new relationships and new responsibilities.

See yourself in the world moving through challenges,

Adapting and growing,

Alive and well.

Breathe with love as you envision this,

With love,

With gratitude,

Knowing whenever a thought,

Feeling,

Emotion,

Or memory arises,

You can simply tap into your breath,

Access this love,

And send it to yourself in that moment.

Allow your present self to be the support person,

The love,

The guidance,

The connection you needed in those moments.

And as these thoughts,

Feelings,

Memories,

Emotions arise,

Imagine giving yourself a big hug,

Letting yourself know I am love.

Breathe with love and gratitude.
