This is a meditation specifically for teenagers to do a little self-study and create resiliency. Let’s join in the meditation with the Super Stretch team and discover how to create tools to balance your body and mind. We will work to create an awakened state so that we can pay attention and become a more efficient super human machines, optimally aligned in our truth. When we pay attention and focus our minds, it can make us feel so good and relaxed, that we start to see the world and ourselves in a new way.

Hi friends,

Welcome.

This is a meditation specifically for teenagers to do a little self-study and create resiliency with the adventures of Super Stretch.

I'm Super Stretch.

My friends and I live at 247 Mindful Pathway.

It's our mission to make balance a part of your day because you're a superstar even when you don't feel like it.

The meditation we're going to do offers you a way to connect and listen to your inner voice that can get a bit bogged down when life is too busy.

And like little kids we all want to be acknowledged,

Heard and valued.

But when our mind is busy we are not connected and then you're not valuing yourself,

Not enjoying life's experiences.

You're basically just running around like a chicken with your head cut off.

Today we're gonna dig into our super kit and tap into our life force.

Let go of stress and worry and anxiety by creating fun tools to see in a new way and find freedom from fear to enjoy life's ever-changing adventures.

Come on friends let's join in the meditation with Super Stretch team to discover how to find resiliency in your body and your mind.

Create an awakened state to pay attention and literally boost our energy economies to be a more efficient superhuman machine.

But before we start to create optimal alignment in our body and our mind remember it may be hard at first to let go and relax.

It will get easier to stop for a minute,

Pay attention to your breath and feel what's going on inside of you.

We don't need to push anything there's always gonna be room for improvement and growth so take a breath calm your mind and step forward.

For this practice you can be sitting up tall in a chair or laying down in your bed.

Begin to feel a big smile wash over your face and take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Let's try that again.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You are here now time to let go slow down and exhale.

Release worry,

Stress and anxiety.

Empty your mind and create space to open the possibilities.

See how incredible the world is and how incredible you are.

Take a hand to a pulse point maybe in your neck or you place your hand to your heart or to your opposite wrist or even try to place an index finger to your thumb and feel the pulse at your fingertips and listen.

Do you hear it?

Sense the heartbeat slowly pulsing life surging through you creating calm and connections.

Listen.

Self-study is a huge part of healing as a person.

We want to bring our full attention to the experience and the joys of being.

With your eyes closed begin to breathe deeply.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feel the space between your heartbeats.

Start to really look at the heart and ask,

What is my intention?

Breathing in and breathing out.

How do I want to show up today?

What do I need at this very moment in my life?

As you kindly attend to the mindfulness of the moment be with yourself fully.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Be in your body and ask yourself,

How can I show up and be present to myself and for myself?

Give yourself space.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Listen and observe.

Witness your heart.

Witness your breath.

Feel your experience.

Listen to your intention.

As you take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

Sense your breathing more compassionately.

Your heart is pulsing with a little bit more sweetness,

Gentleness.

Feel yourself fully attending to the experience of now.

No judgment,

No expectation,

Just being in the moment fully contributing to the wholeness and well-being of you.

Listen to your intention,

The mindfulness in your heart as we gently guide ourselves out of this meditation.

Feel that beauty of your intention.

Feel the wholeness of you and begin to breathe into your fingers.

Feel them tingling as they move about.

Rotate your wrists a bit.

Your palms start to make their way up towards your chest as your arms move.

Feel the lightness in your shoulders as your hands come together in front of your heart.

Your hands are facing each other gently as if you're holding the preciousness of your heart in your hands.

Feel the ease and begin to rub your palms together back and forth and back and forth creating some friction.

Take another deep breath in and place your hands over your closed eyes to seal in your intention and the mindful moments that you have just taken.

Feel the integrity of giving yourself space to tap into your true nature.

Peace.

Breathing in and breathing out a big huge smile.

Release your palms from your eyes and start to open them.

See how you have created a new perspective for your day.

How do you feel now?

Super Stretch believes that when we pay attention and concentrate our minds on the present moment anything is possible.
