Letting go.

I invite you to adjust your position if something doesn't feel comfortable.
Once you've found that perfect sitting position,
Bringing your shoulders up towards your ears.
Slowly gliding your shoulder blades closer together.
Allowing your palms to rest on your lap,
Either palms faced up or down.
Whatever feels most intuitive to you.
Let's begin by bringing our attention to our legs.
Allowing your legs to get heavy.
Allowing your lower body to soften and be held by the ground below you.
Allowing your sitting bones to root down.
Imagine your entire lower body is plugging into the ground below you,
Allowing for it to recharge.
Softening through your hips.
Sending your breath to release any tension.
Allowing any discomfort to be released with your exhale.
Soften your belly.
Relax through your ribs.
So with every breath,
Your ribs expand a little wider.

Imagining a white light beginning to cover you.
From your crown all the way down to your roots.

Allow your palms to be guided to wherever your body is asking for a little love.
Allowing your body to speak.

With every breath,
You grow a little taller,
Extending your crown towards the sky.

Your body softens and surrenders,
Allowing reiki to move wherever it needs to flow.
Without any judgment or stories,
