Activating all the way from our toes to our ankles.
Then from our ankles to our knees.
Knees to your hips.
Allowing your lower body to be completely on strong.
And ready to start your day.

I invite you to gently tuck your tail.
Bringing your lower belly in towards your core.
Imagine bringing your belly button towards your spine.
Allowing your abdomen to get fired up.
Ready to hold you throughout your day.
From here,
Bringing your attention to your chest.
Taking in the sensation of the expansion with every inhale.
And the sweet release with every exhale.
Ensuring that every breath travels down towards your core.
And every exhale is a little longer.
Just to allow you to start this day with relaxation and peace.

Bringing your shoulders up towards your ears.
And with your next exhale,
Gliding your shoulders down your back.
Gently opening up through your front body.
Widening across your collarbone.
Begin to activate through your arms.
From your shoulders to your elbows.
Elbows to your wrists.
And from your wrists,
Allowing your fingers to spread wide.
The palms facing forward,
Ready to receive.
Taking in this powerful stance.
As you continue to push the ground away with your feet.
Allowing your legs to be strong and powerful.
And your core is activated.
Your spine is nice and straight.
Shoulders stacked above your hips.
And your arms are active.
Let's take a few seconds to take this in.
With every inhale,
Rising through your spine.
And with every exhale,
Grounding through your feet.
Take in that sensation of energy moving through your body.
And knowing that you are the one who's in control of this.
Inhale,
Rise.
Crown comes closer towards the sky.
Exhale,
Ground,
Rooting down.
