Welcome,
My name is Teresa and I'm so glad you're here.
This meditation is for the ones who are tired of bracing.
The ones who are strong but ready to soften.
The ones who have learned how to prepare for disappointment and are quietly wondering if they're allowed to prepare for joy instead.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And exhale gently through your mouth.
Today we're not forcing belief.
We're not bypassing reality.
We're simply opening a window and letting in a different possibility.
What if it all works out?
Let your shoulders drop a little,
Let your tongue soften from the roof of your mouth,
Unclench your jaw,
Let there be space between your teeth.
Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you.
You do not have to hold yourself up right now.
Let your belly rise,
Let it fall.
Notice the places in your body that are used to anticipating,
To scanning,
To managing.
And just whisper inwardly,
You can rest for a moment.
You don't have to solve your life in this meditation.
You just have to be willing to wonder.
What if it is safe to be surprised by goodness?
What if the delays you resented were quiet redirections?
What if the timing that confused you was protection you couldn't yet see?
Let that land in your chest for a moment.
What if love is not something you must earn or chase,
But something that recognizes you?
The kind of love that feels calm,
Mutual,
Steady.
The kind that doesn't activate your survival,
But instead welcomes your softness.
What if the right people are not looking for a performance?
What if they're looking for your realness?
What if your sensitivity is not a liability,
But a tuning fork?
What if your too much is actually precision?
Let's take a breath here.
What if money arrives through alignment,
Through clarity,
Through clean exchange,
Through you no longer abandoning yourself to receive it?
What if your nervous system doesn't have to be in urgency for abundance to move?
What if your dreams are not testing you,
Preparing you?
What if the joy you feel lately is not fragile?
What if it's foundational?
What if your recent no's were acts of self-respect,
Making space for something wholehearted?
What if your softness is not weakness,
But leadership?
What if the life you desire is already adjusting itself to meet the version of you who no longer negotiates their worth?
Breathe.
Let your body respond before your mind does.
Notice what happens in your body when you imagine things going well.
Is there expansion,
Tightness,
Disbelief?
Just observe gently.
You do not have to override skepticism.
You can hold both hope and caution,
Softness and discernment.
This is not about fantasy.
It's about availability.
What if you don't need to know how?
What if your only work is staying open and staying true?
Take one more slow breath,
And let this settle somewhere inside you.
I am not behind.
I am not late.
I am becoming.
You are allowed to anticipate goodness.
You are allowed to relax into possibility.
You are allowed to receive without bracing.
And just for today,
What if it all works out,
Not perfectly,
Not magically,
But beautifully,
In a way that fits you?
Stay curious.
Stay open.
And I'll meet you in the next meditation.
And as you return to your day,
Remember as always,
You are loved.
You are whole.
You are enough.
Thank you.
