Hello little one,

Let's get cozy for a rest.

Close your eyes if you'd like,

And take a soft breath in,

And let it out slowly.

Now,

Imagine a big fluffy blanket floating down from the sky.

It's soft and warm,

And it shimmers with all the colors of the rainbow.

The blanket settles gently over your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Your belly,

Your legs,

All the way down to your toes.

You feel safe and warm and calm,

And each color brings a gift.

Red gives you strength,

Orange brings comfort,

Yellow fills you with cheer,

Green gives you peace,

Blue helps you feel calm,

Purple reminds you that you are loved.

Breathe slowly,

Feeling your rainbow blanket keep you warm and safe.

It will stay with you all night,

Helping you rest deeply.

Sweet dreams little one.
