Welcome,

Dear one.

This is a walking meditation,

An invitation to come home to your body,

To your breath,

To the earth beneath you,

And to the quiet strength that lives inside you.

Wherever you are,

Indoors or outside,

Let the walk be a small ceremony of self-connection.

Begin by noticing your feet.

Feel them pressing into the ground as you walk.

Let each step remind you that you are here now,

That you are safe to arrive in this moment.

Let your breath move naturally.

There's nothing to force.

You are invited to begin a rhythm.

Step I trust you.

Step I support you.

Let the words move with you like a quiet metronome for your soul.

If it feels supportive,

You might imagine each step as part of a sacred balance.

Left foot,

I trust you.

Right foot,

I support you.

A rhythm of masculine and feminine,

Of movement and rest,

Of choosing to walk with yourself,

Not against yourself.

Let it be simple.

Let it be yours.

Let it become a rhythm.

Step I trust you.

Step I support you.

Again and again until the words begin to land in your bones.

As you walk,

Imagine speaking to your own heart,

To your nervous system,

To the parts of you that are tired,

Unsure,

Or still healing.

I trust you,

Even when the way forward isn't clear,

Even when you pause or backtrack or need to rest.

I support you,

Not just when you're achieving or creating,

But when you are simply being,

When you're listening,

When you're allowing.

You are allowed to take up space at this pace.

Feel how the rhythm of your steps begins to hold you,

Like a lullaby for your body.

Let the repetition soften the inner noise.

Let the movement become a prayer.

I trust you.

I support you.

You don't have to earn that trust.

You don't have to prove you are worthy of support.

You already are.

As this walking meditation comes to a close,

You might slow your pace or simply pause to place a hand on your heart.

Take one more breath.

Let this be your knowing.

You are not alone.

You are on your side,

And that is a powerful thing.

Carry this rhythm with you,

Step by step,

Breath by breath.

I trust you.

I support you,
