Welcome.
I'm Christina Jeske.
I call myself the Serenity Queen.
I'm an intuitive guide who helps women ignite bliss and balance in their lives by redefining their role as a mother,
Whether they have children or not,
By learning to re-mother their inner child and heal their mother wound.
I assist women in creating systems of support that allow their cups to overflow and their connection to spirit to deepen,
In turn showing them the remarkable abundance life offers.
This is a meditation that I created called the Mother Wheel Meditation.
It can be an ongoing practice to connect you first and foremost to your inner mother and then to the different inner parts of you,
Your divine inner child,
Your inner self for intuition,
Your inner wise woman,
Your higher self for sovereign queen.
This practice will also connect you to your inner seasons and the eight moon phases.
So I invite you to make yourself comfortable,
Close your eyes gently,
And take a long deep breath.
In a moment I'm going to guide you through a breathing practice where you will breathe in for the count of four,
Hold for the count of seven,
And breathe out for the count of eight.
Let's begin.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
Release,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
Release,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Now do this a few times on your own.
When you are ready,
Come back to your normal breath.
Notice how you are feeling.
Notice any sensations you feel in your body.
Simply check in with no judgments here.
Just meet yourself right where you are.
Feel whatever you're feeling.
Don't try to fix anything.
Just be the observer.
I'm going to guide you through the mother wheel,
And as I do this,
I want you to look for ways to discover things about yourself in each of these roles as the observer.
We begin in the east of the wheel.
Spring is represented here.
This is illumination,
Where the sun rises,
Shining light on your potential.
Here,
You can connect to your sovereign queen.
So again,
What can you discover here about yourself?
Is she telling you anything?
Is she hard to connect to?
Maybe she's shining light on something that you have been trying to bring into culmination for a while,
Or something that you're working on,
Or giving you a little message that you need to hear.
Now in the south of the wheel,
The inner child is present.
Here,
We are in the heat of summer.
We connect to our father.
Here,
We are in the heat of summer.
We connect to our forgotten pleasures,
And the sense of play and creativity,
The little things that make our little one giddy with laughter and joy.
What can you learn about yourself here?
What is that little girl trying to tell you,
Or show you?
In the west,
We connect to our dreams and vision.
We enter the silence only to hear our inner voice,
And find the answers we seek.
This is our inner fall,
A time for goals,
And a time for strengthening our connection to our intuition.
What can you uncover about yourself here?
Maybe your inner critic is coming up,
And you need to silence that,
Or just observe it.
Or maybe your intuition is telling you something.
Just listen.
What can you uncover about yourself here?
In the north,
We connect to our inner wise woman.
Some call her the high priestess,
Or medicine woman.
In the long winter,
We remember our inner knowing.
We've passed through each of the other phases of the mother wheel,
And come to the end of the cycle,
The end of the loop,
Where we have integrated and learned.
And these little pieces of wisdom have become a knowing within our soul.
What can you discover about yourself here?
What wisdom do you possess?
In the center of the wheel is the inner mother.
We connect to her when we have no mother,
Or have an abusive relationship with her mother,
Or our mother is absent.
We connect to her when we want to deepen our relationship with ourselves,
Learn to take better care of ourselves.
We connect with her when we want to create safety and balance in our lives.
In this role,
What can you discover about yourself?
Now scan your body.
Look for where you are holding on.
Maybe your jaw is clenched.
Or your shoulders are tight.
I'm just going to take a deep breath into our stomach and into our pelvic bowl.
And on the release,
Just making a noise.
So do this a few times,
And each time I want you to just focus on letting go more and more.
Maybe while doing this you can wiggle a little bit.
We're going to release with a noise this time,
Whatever noise wants to come out.
Just let it go.
This time we're going to release with kind of a pleasurable ah.
So deep breath in,
All the way into your pelvic floor,
Down to your belly button.
Deep breath in,
All the way into your pelvic floor,
Down into your root.
I invite you to welcome in more ease.
What would it feel like in your body to slow down?
What would it feel like to discover serenity?
What would it feel like to experience calm?
What would it feel like to have a deep sense of rhythm that is aligned with your heart?
Breathe into this.
Experience it now.
I now am going to introduce you to the flow of the mother wheel with a natural timekeeper,
The moon.
Life is a balance of expending energy and conserving energy,
An ebb and a flow.
The moon teaches this.
With practice we can follow the moon's yin and yang,
Push and pull,
Well rest versus action.
We can integrate it into the mother wheel and into the different aspects of ourselves.
Create a state of calmness,
A state of serenity,
A state of calmness.
And create a flow to our life,
A sense of peace,
Serenity.
So we begin at the balsamic moon,
The last little sliver of light,
With reflection.
Seeing where we have been in order to find where we want to go.
The new moon comes into complete darkness and calls us to sit,
An intention to deepen into.
At that first little sliver of light in the night sky,
The crescent moon calls us to breathe into our intention.
The first quarter moon calls us into focused action in alignment with our intention.
The gibbous moon teaches us to trust in the magic and stop pushing.
The full moon rushes us to culmination or the need to realign to our heart's desire.
The waning moon,
The waning gibbous moon,
Teaches us to receive selectively and with gratitude.
The third quarter moon teaches us to give back from a place of abundance.
And this takes us all the way back to the beginning of the process,
That last little sliver of light,
The balsamic moon,
Where we can reflect,
Integrate the wisdom,
And begin again.
And because of this process,
Because of connecting,
I always bring people in on the new moon into kind of a living prayer.
An idea of what their dream is in all aspects of their lives.
And we go through the process with just one intention.
And with every single cycle we go through,
We get closer and closer to that dream,
That living prayer,
That creation of peace,
Of ease,
Of serenity.
And the beauty of the mother wheel is that the moon phases fit perfectly on this wheel,
Giving us the opportunity to work with a different aspect of ourselves for two moon phases,
Through a yin and a yang phase,
A restoration and action phase.
Every time we move through the entire cycle,
We deepen our self-care,
Our inner knowing,
We deepen into the magic and the creation of serenity.
It is up to us to discover all of this and to trust in this journey.
As you contemplate these cycles,
Can you use them to cultivate peace within yourself?
What would it be like to allow yourself to slow down,
Let go of resistance,
Be in flow?
Kind of lean into the actions that you need to take with kind of a discernibility and trust in the journey.
Bring your awareness back to the sensations in your body.
We're going to start at your head,
Trickle down,
Connecting to all the physical parts of you.
What does your face feel like?
We're going to move down your neck and your shoulders.
Through your arms,
Down to your fingertips.
Back up your arms,
Opening your chest wide,
Feeling that heart center.
Feeling the joy of creating this for yourself.
Moving down into your solar plexus.
Giving one more last breath there.
Releasing.
Feeling into your womb space or your belly button.
Last breath there.
Releasing.
Feeling into your womb space or your sacral chakra,
That pelvic floor.
Down your legs,
All the way to your toes.
Just feeling.
Take a deep breath and release slowly.
Remember,
With practice,
You can find your bliss.
