Teanna Taylor

Teanna’s path was not shaped by comfort, but by profound challenge. At thirty-five, complications during childbirth led to a haemorrhage, a stroke, and the onset of a chronic hemiplegic migraine... a condition that persisted daily for over ten years. The experience resulted in significant neurological impact, affecting memory, balance, cognition, and speech, and ultimately altered the course of her life. Unable to live, Teanna entered a long season of stillness and surrender. In the absence of her former pace and identity, silence became her teacher. Meditation, once a supportive practice, became her lifeline... the way she navigated pain, uncertainty, and the gradual rebuilding of her mind and nervous system. Guided by intuition and grounded in scientific curiosity, Teanna began exploring neuroplasticity... the brain’s innate ability to rewire itself through focused awareness, repetition, and intention. Day by day, breath by breath, she taught her brain and body to find coherence again. Over time, she learned to regulate her nervous system, reduce inflammation, and restore connection with the natural rhythms of life. Her recovery became living proof that transformation is not something we force, but something the body remembers when given the right conditions. It revealed that healing is not an exception... it is part of our innate human design.
