Today is all about breathing into your outrageous dream,
Your outrageous dream,
And whatever that is for you,
Right?
So as we move into this breath session today,
First starting with connecting to your beautiful,
Sweet breath.
Big inhale,
Opening up the mouth,
Out of a sigh,
Letting it go.
As you find your rhythm today with your breath,
Your little love notes to your heart,
What does that breath feel like today?
After the work we did,
Wherever you're coming into me today from emotionally,
Spiritually,
What are these first few breaths feel like?
Like breath awareness,
Right?
Just aware of the magic in breath.
And so as you breathe today,
Making space to honor your right to your outrageous dream,
Like whatever it is,
Like I don't even know what your outrageous dream is.
It should be a dream though,
I believe,
That scares the hell out of you.
That's what I call an outrageous dream.
And if you have one like that,
Breathe into that thing right now.
What is that thing that you came to this planet to do?
What is it?
What are all the components of that dream?
The ways you're here to touch through that dream.
The people you're here to lift up or hold a hand out to through your dream.
What are the ways that this dream from you to the world will manifest?
How does it feel?
Like picture yourself already in it.
If you're already in it,
Double down on what it feels like.
If you're not there yet and you're working towards it,
Like where I'm at,
I'm working towards this dream every day.
Where are you at with it?
What does it feel like,
Sound like,
Smell like,
Taste like?
So as you breathe,
Breathe into all the colors of your outrageous dream.
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Spiritually,
Physically,
And use your senses to get in touch with it.
Like what will it be like when you're there,
When you're doing it?
So as you breathe deeper and fuller,
I think it's important that we clear out any voice in our head that says,
Oh,
You can't do that thing.
You're crazy.
What's that voice that has told you,
No,
You don't deserve it.
No,
You can't do it.
If there's a voice like that in your head around this dream,
Use every exhale to let it go.
Use every exhale to rid yourself of it and breathe in on the inhale.
It is my human right to step into my outrageous dream all the way in and to achieve it,
Not just attempt it.
It's your human right to have it and breathe into that belief and that truth.
A few more deep inhales of empowerment and a few more exhales of surrendering the voices that might have had you stuck in the past or the fears or the excuses.
We all have been down those roads.
I know I have,
But every day I try to rise back up and remind myself that it's no mistake I'm here.
It's no mistake.
The numbers,
I was watching a TED talk.
The chance that we are even born is something like one in 700 trillion.
I don't even remember.
It was a TED talk once and I was blown away by the odds that you are born.
Even the chance that your parents met,
The chance that they decided to do what they did,
Chances that the egg and the sperm found each other and then all the things fell into place.
It is truly a gift that we each are here breathing.
It's no mistake.
And so breathe into the beauty of you and your vision for your outrageous dream.
And if you're already doing it,
Breathe in more empowerment,
Support and understanding and compassion around continuing to deliver that dream to the planet.
Inhale big full belly.
Exhale audible sigh.
Let some energy go.
So as you continue to breathe now for a few minutes here with me,
Support yourself in your vision.
And even if it's a little foggy or hazy with that dream,
Us feel what it would feel like to get clarity.
Breathe into that.
And I'm just going to be here holding space while you do that for a few more minutes.
Breathing into your outrageous dream,
Filling you up one breath at a time.
A little Onion.
You Continuing these breaths as we move into some gratitude,
As we start to close our eyes,
Close down the breath work for your body,
For your dreams,
For your spirit,
For the roof over your head,
For the people in your lives,
For the cat on your belly,
For the dog at your hip,
Right?
For the ability to have some technology that brings us together,
Right?
For showing up after you said yes,
Because it takes two,
Right?
It's easy to say yes,
But then you got to do the work.
So saying yes,
Gratitude for that.
Gratitude for every bit of you that makes you,
You and bringing that in,
Giving yourself a sweet hug with the breath or for real hug.
Just remembering always that no matter what you're feeling in any moment in any time,
All you need to do sometimes is just stop,
Sit down and breathe and all is well again.
Thank you always for showing up with me.
Thank you for saying yes to you.
Take in a big deep breath,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Take in an amazing day.
