This breathwork meditation is meant to empower you to step back from expectations & controlling of situations & allow space for a “what if” moment to occur. What if I take that scary step…? What if I loosen the reigns a bit…? And so much more…sometimes all we need to shift energy is allowing of things to occur & then deal with what remains. Note: These are from a previous live event so the audio may have a glitch or two. Please be forgiving as it’s the content I want to share with you.

So going into the position that you're going to breathe today,

Taking in a big deep breath to ground you in the space you're in.

Opening up the mouth,

Letting it go.

Today we're diving into the theme of what if.

What if.

What if on every inhale I was able to step into all the possibilities.

What if on every inhale I was able to get out of my way and let the breath just lead me.

And so as we start this with some really deep full connected breaths and letting go.

Everything you need to let go of,

To free the space inside you,

To be open to what if.

Like sometimes we're so full of what we think our agendas and all the things on our to do list that there's no space to have a possibility of a what if.

And so today as we breathe,

Inviting you to breathe into what if.

What if for just right here,

Right now,

I was able to expand.

What if right here,

Right now,

I was able to let go of all the control,

All the judgment,

All the excuses maybe,

Or all the blame perhaps.

And so what if I just got out of my way.

I just got out of my way and I let life unfold.

And I manage it where I can and I handle things where I need to.

But I let go of the tight grip on what's in front of me.

So as you breathe deeper and fuller perhaps,

Or slower and gentler,

Whatever that feels like for you today.

Let the breath lead you on a journey of what ifs and that you fill in the blank of what is your what if.

Right,

And so as we continue to breathe and find space,

Breathe into the places that feel true for you to find a what if.

And make space to create the kind of life that you've always envisioned you deserved.

Through the breath,

Create that space.

And so take a few minutes breathing in your own individual what if.

And get colorful with it and get playful with it and get bold with it with your what if list and breathe into the space that you can create around that.

And I'm right here.

I'm right here.

Holding the space through breath with you.

Just you,

Just you and your inhales and exhales,

Creating opportunity,

Creating space,

Creating freedom,

Creating peace perhaps on every inhale and every exhale you decide.

One minute or two here.

We're doing this by own means.

Maybe your body starts to feel like it's floating.

Maybe you start to feel lighter and freer as the breath takes you on a little journey.

Maybe you even ask your body,

Your heart,

What does it need right here,

Right now,

To feel lighter,

To feel freer,

So that as you continue to breathe for another minute or so,

You get exactly what you need.

And as we start to close the session,

On these last few inhales,

Taking in the sweetest,

Fullest deep breath for all of the people in your life who have lifted you,

All of the people you feel grateful for,

That you feel big love for,

That you feel big forgiveness for.

Because once we connect through breath,

We suddenly open up to forgiving,

To loving,

To connecting,

To gratitude.

And so as we breathe these few breaths to close,

Who are you grateful for?

Who might you want to forgive a little bit more?

Who might you want to love a little bit more?

And breathe into those,

Those people,

Those ideas,

But mostly breathe in some sweet gratitude for your beautiful,

Big,

Gentle,

Kind,

Playful heart.

And remind yourself of how amazing you truly are.

With a little love note from you to you.

Thank you for being open to allowing the breath to breathe you into happy.

As you start to come back to the room you're in,

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

As you sit up,

A little big inhale and exhale,

Welcome back.

Taking your time.
