So we'll start with taking in a big deep full breath into the belly through the nose and exhaling out the mouth.
Just let it go.
And let's do that again.
Big deep inhale in through the nose into the belly,
Fill it up.
And exhale,
Let it go.
This work,
This breath is just about reminding you of how magical you are.
So on every inhale now as you breathe on your own in whatever breath pattern feels good to you,
Is just about you being able to connect,
Like I said,
To the best parts of you.
So with big inhales into the belly and exhales out the mouth or the nose,
Start to let yourself melt into the floor.
Belly rises,
Shoulders relax on the exhale,
Body melts into the mat.
Finding all the beautiful spaces in between as you breathe.
Keeping the breath flowing however it feels good for you today.
This breath is called breathing into happy.
This is a series and I thought to do a breath work around trusting your gut and trusting all of the little nudges that we get in life and that we sometimes don't listen to because of fear or whatever.
We're afraid to listen to that voice.
So as you breathe,
Breathe in empowerment to the little nudges,
The little voices,
The little taps that are called gut instinct or intuition and breathe in some support for that part of you so that you can trust when your spirit,
Your soul,
Your higher power nudges you.
And this came to me because of something I've been going through where I quit trusting my gut on something and it didn't work out in my favor so I'm rebuilding my gut muscle,
My gut instinct because it's there to protect us.
So as you breathe today with me,
Let's do this breath to empower and rebuild all of the places in us that are there to support us,
To protect us,
To love on us and just remind us to listen,
To listen and trust that those nudges are there for a reason.
On every exhale when you breathe today,
Let go of anything that's got you stuck,
Anything about physicalness,
Fitness,
Your health,
Any voices or stories you've been telling yourself which are quite frankly probably BS.
Let them go and inhale breathing into supporting the truth of you,
The beauty of you,
The good of you and exhaling all the stuff that keeps you stuck.
Exhale belly,
Exhale let it go.
And as you feel the breath coming in and filling you with all of the good things,
Remembering that on the exhale is an opportunity to create space and freedom.
It's an opportunity to let go of everything that you don't need.
So finding your rhythm as you lay here and breathe with me,
There's no right way to breathe,
There's no wrong way to breathe.
As I said it's just about connecting back to you.
And what if each breath is a love note to your sweetheart,
Each breath is a love note to your beautiful body that holds you upright every day,
That allows you to move and hug and hold and touch and stretch and sit.
The body that also allows you to see things and hear things,
The beautiful sweet body of yours that's doing the best it can given what you've been through in life.
So taking an inhale saying thank you,
Thank you sweet beautiful body for taking care of me,
For all my footsteps I've lived on this planet.
Every exhale maybe saying I'm sorry for the times that I forgot to say thank you.
Making a commitment to be more mindful about loving on you a little bit more.
A little more mindful about building you up with the truth of you,
The beauty of you,
Not letting stories or voices or other people's stuff get in your way.
Breathing in fullness,
Empowerment,
Wholeness,
Grace,
Kindness,
Passion,
Strength and remembrance.
Entrusting your intuition about this life you live and choices you make and steps you take.
Entrusting that you know what to do,
You know what's the right choice in life.
When you come to that crossroads listening to that voice,
The good voices is what we want to strengthen,
Trusting it.
So as you lay here for a few more minutes now I'm going to ask you on this very next inhale to breathe in some gratitude for someone or something in your life that has changed you.
Someone that has touched you,
Someone that has been there for you,
Someone that has made you a better human being.
Breathe in gratitude for them and see them now in front of you,
See them standing with you,
See them in the last moment you've had with them maybe perhaps and picture what you said to them,
What they said to you and how it feels to be with them.
Take in all of the senses of the vibration of gratitude for this person or experience with them.
Most importantly as we lay here for a couple of minutes,
Breathe into gratitude for that beautiful beating heart of yours,
That heart that is unique to you and when it is open fully nobody loves like you do.
Nobody touches like you do,
Nobody gives like you do.
So as you breathe in gratitude for all of you especially for that beautiful beating heart of yours that is the reason why we are on this planet with one another to touch,
To love,
To share,
To grow.
So taking in breath and gratitude for the magnificence of you and just laying here for a few more minutes to let yourself just feel that beat.
I'm going to be right here holding space but just taking a couple of minutes to come back to yourself when you're ready and maybe any other final affirmations that you know you need to breathe into for you to be the best version of you today on the planet.
What is that for you?
We all have things we're working on right to better ourselves so whatever that is breathe into that and fill up.
Taking a couple of minutes to come back to yourself when you're ready going slow there's no rush to come up yet.
