Welcome to breathing into happy.

As you start to begin to settle into your space,

Taking in a big deep breath in through the nose,

Deep into the belly,

Opening the mouth,

Dropping everything,

Letting it go.

Allowing the breath to just flow through you one note at a time.

On this next inhale,

Maybe it's softer,

Maybe it's gentler,

Maybe it's even deeper.

Take another big breath in through the nose.

On the exhale,

Audible sigh,

Let it go.

Start to feel your shoulders drop a little bit.

Start to feel the muscles in your face soften.

Start to feel your legs melt underneath you.

Start to feel any tension in your body.

Start to feel any tension just flow off of you through the breath.

And as you find your rhythm,

Today,

One breath at a time,

Where can you call in more of everything you deserve?

More of everything you deserve.

And not in a greedy way,

But in a,

Heck yes,

I deserve abundance way.

It's my human right to have abundance.

And so more joy,

Breathing into more laughter,

More playfulness,

More sweetness,

More forgiveness.

On every inhale,

More kindness,

More sexy,

More passion,

More of all the things that you deserve more of.

And so as you continue to breathe,

You decide what you are truly deserving more of.

And breathe in,

Call that thing in to your beautiful,

Sweet heart.

And on the exhale,

Let go of the voice inside you.

It says you don't deserve it,

Perhaps.

Or the voice inside you.

It says,

Eh,

You're not worth it.

If that voice is anywhere in your vicinity,

Please let it go.

And on every inhale,

Remind yourself of how much you matter,

How much this planet deserves you and needs you and welcomes you.

On every inhale,

Breathing into the moreness,

The moreness that is your human right in this life.

And stop selling yourself short.

Stop having thoughts that wanting abundance and finances or spirituality or love is greedy or bad or wrong.

Breathe into the hell yes of moreness that I deserve.

So as you fill up with more through the breath,

I'll just be here holding space for you for a couple more minutes,

Using that breath to fill you one note at a time.

And maybe it even sounds like an affirmation.

I allow more laughter.

I allow more space.

I allow more love.

I allow more creativity into my life,

One breath at a time.

You fill the space after the words I allow.

Da da da.

Da da da.

Together,

If we all could just breathe into,

I allow more gratitude in my life,

Every minute of every day,

More gratitude for all of the blessings and gifts and truths and experiences and moments that I have,

That I've had,

That I will have.

I allow more gratitude.

I allow more honoring of all of the gifts in my life.

I believe we can never be too grateful.

I notice when I am more on top of my gratitude practice that the universe just keeps blessing me more and more.

More gifts show up,

More opportunities,

More friends,

More connections,

More experiences.

But when I forget that peace,

I notice that my life is sort of status quo.

So as you breathe in that gratitude today,

Remembering it's never too much.

As you start to come back to the space with me,

To come back to the room,

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Allow yourself to slowly come back and breathing into the present moment.

Thanking you all for breathing into happy with me today.

I hope you have a beautiful day ahead of you.

Remember to be gentle and sweet.
