
Reconnecting To Your Self-Worth - Breathing Into Happy
This gentle and guided breathwork meditation is designed to remind you of all the magic and beauty that exists within. Self-worth is something many of us struggle with but often it is just a sign of feeling disconnected from our beautiful essence. Use this guided meditation of breath flow to reset and reconnect you to your heart and spirit through these gentle breath love notes of your worthiness. *These meditations are from a previous live event and on rare occasions, I may use an explicit word or two*

Okay,
So taking in a big deep breath wherever you are,
Wherever you are,
Start to get into position.
Letting everything,
Everything just go.
Today we are breathing into our self worth,
Our value,
Our worthiness,
Right?
The right that we have to be here on this planet.
And so as we breathe in deeper today and fuller and slower perhaps,
On every inhale,
We're simply reminding ourself that we matter,
That we matter.
And most of us know it on most days.
It's not like we don't know we're awesome.
But there's some days when we forget,
When we forget of our magic and our brilliance and our right to walk this planet.
And so as you're breathing with me today,
I want you to remember all of the reasons why you deserve to be here.
All of those special reasons.
So inhale.
I deserve it.
I'm worth it.
It's my human right to be happy and be here.
So deeper,
Fuller breaths filling up all of you,
All of the pockets of you that may be missing that connection and that memory of how amazing you are.
And let every exhale be you saying,
No more,
No more.
And more of like a hell yes.
More of like a hell yes I matter.
Yes,
I do.
Inhale,
Big full belly.
Exhale,
Soften,
Release,
Let it go.
And as you keep the breath flowing here for a few minutes,
Maybe with every breath,
You're simply writing a love note to your beautiful heart.
Like dear sweet heart,
What can I give you more of right now that would allow you to open and expand and remember how amazing we are.
So on the inhale,
Asking that question,
Dear sweet heart,
What do you need?
What are you missing?
And on the exhale,
Just listen for the answer.
Do that for a few minutes on your own and I'll just be right here and I'll come back to you.
Inhale,
Big full belly.
Exhale,
Listen for the answer.
Dear sweet heart,
What do you need from me right now?
Exhale,
Listen for the answer.
And maybe you make a list of all of the ways that you are incredible and amazing.
I call it the wall of badassery.
In your mind's eye,
Just list all of the ways that you rock in this life.
Who you are,
How you are,
What you've given,
What you've shared,
What you've created.
Your wall of badassery list on every inhale,
Every exhale.
Let go of any self-doubt.
If I asked you to list a friend of yours,
If I said give the list to your friend of how badass they are,
It wouldn't take you any time at all to make that list.
But when we have to do it for ourselves,
Why do we pause?
Why do we hesitate?
It should be so simple to recognize our magic.
But sometimes,
We just forget.
So right now,
Let's remember to list it out.
Building you back up,
Your self-worth,
Your magic.
One inhale at a time.
Letting the breath fill all of the places inside you that may feel empty or neglected or numb or turned off.
Let the breath turn your lights back on,
So to speak.
Let the breath remind you of who you are.
I'm going to do this one last piece together.
This is called Trail of Gratitude.
So I'm going to ask you,
Wherever you are,
To do this with me.
Raise both hands up to the sky,
The sun,
The stars,
The moon,
And whether you believe in God or higher power.
This is just about saying,
I'm open to receiving.
And I want you to picture yourself in your favorite place in nature,
Wherever that is,
Your happy place,
Your safe place.
And I want you to picture yourself standing there right now.
See it,
Smell it,
Feel it on your skin.
Take in all of the senses of that happy,
Safe place.
And feel the ground under your feet,
Giving you solace,
Giving you comfort,
Giving you respite and happiness.
And as you're standing there,
It's clear in front of you as you look out that there's this trail in front that you're meant to walk down.
And with those hands up in the air,
I want you to call in all of the people that have touched your life in some way.
All the people,
All the things you are grateful for with these people.
And so suddenly on this trail,
These people begin to pop up in front of you.
And so with hands coming now down to your beautiful heart,
Taking in a big,
Deep breath,
As you step your foot onto that trail,
Who is the very first person that you're seeing?
Who is there standing on the right on that trail?
Walk up to them or run up to them and give them a big hug and say,
I love you.
Thank you for touching my life.
If it's someone who's still here,
Hug them tighter.
If it's someone who's not here,
Hug them even tighter still.
Say thank you and mean it.
And on your left,
Who now pops up next?
Who's the next person on this trail of gratitude?
Move over to them,
Look them in the eyes,
Say thank you for touching my life.
Thank you.
Hug them and mean it.
Take in a big,
Deep breath of gratitude for them.
And who's next?
Who else pops up on your trail of gratitude?
Make your way to each of them.
Say thank you for touching my life,
My world.
I'm grateful for them.
You made me better.
You're the one who put your hand out when I was face down perhaps and said,
Come here baby,
We don't go out like that.
I got you.
Who's that person?
See all these people,
Give them all big hugs and mean it.
Take in a few more of those.
Making your way down this trail of gratitude.
Till you get to the very end and it's just you looking back at you.
Taking a big,
Deep breath of gratitude for your sweet,
Beautiful soul.
And for all the ways you show up for you,
Even when you want to throw the towel in,
Even when you want to give up and you don't.
How about a big dose of gratitude for you?
And give yourself a big hug virtually or for real.
Take in gratitude for you to you.
Tell yourself something so good about who you are and why you matter.
And then remember as you're letting go maybe of the shoulders,
If you are giving yourself a hug,
Bringing the hands back to your heart.
That this heart underneath your hands is also your gift to the world.
So as you go about your day today,
Don't forget to keep it open.
Don't forget to keep this heart open.
Every minute of every second of every day.
Every breath.
An opportunity to open.
So thank you for joining me.
