Explore MeditationTaylor is a 250hr Yoga Teacher based in coastal NSW, Australia. Originally from the United States, she has always had a love for travel and adventure. One of the main constants in her life over the past decade has been her yoga practice. She embarked on her journey through asana (yoga postures) and through that discovered the power of pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Her favourite aspect of teaching and facilitating is being able to pass on the torchlight of knowledge that was passed to her.
