
Discovering Each New Day
This is a Compassionate Breath Session that provides the awareness of being fully Present in the now moment and realizing that each moment is uniquely new when lived from the unconditioned Inner Self that can embrace all things. It is a very unique invitation to deeper awareness that has a very practical effect on day to day experiences hereafter. Please be aware that this practice does not contain background music and this is a purposeful choice so that you can be allowed more connection with your own clarity and wisdom in the silences in-between the guided portions. The breath is natural, profound and effortless and always through the nose, both in the inhale and exhale. The belly expands with the inhale and relaxes with the exhale but it is not a forced occurrence. It is simply allowed, as you let your breath expand and find its own rhythm. I recommend using ear or headphones.
