In this Conscious Breath experience, I invite you to feel completely Safe in your Body, in your Life, in your Now moment, letting go of the need to protect yourself against the world, to struggle and to fight, and allowing yourself to relax and fall back into the comforting bliss of your Essence, in your Centre. Trust that you are Safe. Breathe deep down into your belly, inhaling and exhaling through the nose and allow yourself to simply Stay. I recommend using ear or head phones. Thank you.
