Breathe deeply and softly and feel the warmth that embraces you in each breath.
Allow the breath to expand gradually,
Softly,
Always breathing through the nose.
And gradually fall in your center,
Slightly below your navel,
Your gravity center.
Slowly landing in this space,
Get comfortable and realize it is a place that you know.
Feel the safety of being home.
Allow your whole body to feel this safety,
To feel nurtured,
Cared for,
Loved by you in each breath.
Relax from the constant need to protect yourself,
Bringing your guard down in this moment,
Allowing yourself to feel lighter,
Freer,
To just let go and stay.
Allow yourself to feel vulnerable,
Transparent.
Become aware of the weight of the armor of survival and put it aside for now.
Bring yourself to feel a deep safety,
Profoundly caring for you,
Right here in your center.
Release the tension from your neck and your shoulders,
From your hips and allow your feet to root into the ground,
Your legs to release the weight of trudging along with effort.
Just stay.
You are safe,
Dear one.
You are safe.
Invite any of the children inside of you who may now be ready to come back home,
To release the prison of fear and to be embraced by the warmth of your essence in your center.
And as this happens,
Feel your heart opening,
Transforming.
Remove the barrier between you and life and allow it to flow,
Releasing all of the sacral area,
All of your spine,
Letting life flow freely.
Feel the safety,
The safety of being conscious and present in your body,
Right here,
Right now.
You are a safe space.
Your body is a safe space.
Your life is a safe space.
And so is your reality.
And you allow yourself to be present,
Fully present,
Surrendering to your essence's warm embrace and knowing that all is well in all of creation.
Stay,
Stay safe.
As you get ready to open your eyes,
Remain in this safe space and bring this quality to your life today.
Day and night,
Night and day.
Stay safe in your breath,
In your body.
Thank you.
