In this short Conscious Breath Practice, the invitation is to feel the Void within, the Void of Isness, to melt into it, to allow it, to become it, releasing all forms of identification for this now moment. Please inhale and exhale deeply through the nose, allowing the belly to expand and recede naturally. Do not force the breath. It will find its own perfect rhythm. This is a feeling experience and does not require visualization. Thank you for breathing with me. Namasté!

Transcript

Inhale and exhale through your nose,

Expanding each breath naturally and allowing it to flow into your body as your belly expands and recedes.

Staying present within your breath,

Feel it filling you and relaxing you like an elixir.

Gradually land in your center and feel yourself very firmly here in your body in this now moment.

As you breathe deeply and softly and you allow your thoughts to become distant and the world around you as well.

Gradually the void of silence becomes all encompassing.

Allow yourself to merge with this void.

Gradually feel yourself beyond time and space as you in this moment release identification and just stay empty and fulfilled at the same time.

As you breathe deeply and softly and you allow your thoughts to become distant and you allow your thoughts to become distant.

It is not a moment to do anything,

To think anything,

To resolve anything.

Simply to expand into the limitless void,

The fulfilling void.

As you breathe deeply and softly and you allow your thoughts to become distant and you allow your thoughts to become distant.

As you become aware of yourself in your center here and now notice how do you perceive yourself at this moment.

Allow and accept this perception.

Feel your body,

Your presence in it,

The regeneration that has occurred with the elixir of nothingness of the void and gradually get ready to awaken,

Opening your eyes in your own time,

Breathing deeply and softly.

this was one of the best meditations I’ve sat for in a long time. brought me back to the beginnings of my journey. remembering what I sought in the beginning: a wellspring of peace, or equanimity. in studying the self, I find more and more that the less I desire, the more I find what I’ve always been looking for, within. at this stage, I no longer seek it. I *am* it. and therefore, it has always been and will always be. immensely grateful for this practice 😌🙏🏾.
