In this short Conscious Breath Practice, the invitation is to feel the Void within, the Void of Isness, to melt into it, to allow it, to become it, releasing all forms of identification for this now moment. Please inhale and exhale deeply through the nose, allowing the belly to expand and recede naturally. Do not force the breath. It will find its own perfect rhythm.
