In this Compassionate Breath of Isness, you are invited to embrace Anger fully, as well as Guilt and all of the emotions attached to these feelings, coming from the deeply Compassionate wellspring of your Essence – in complete acceptance, beyond duality, reowning your power, acknowledging your whole Self. For a fulfilling experience, please be in a calm place, sitting or lying belly up, breathing through the nose deep into the belly. Please use ear or head phones.

I invite you to take a very ample deep breath through your nose.

Letting the air fill your chest and then your belly and the entire body.

All at once.

Receive each breath as you inhale and exhale through your nose.

Receive it fully.

Allow it to really serve you in this moment.

As you breathe deeply.

As you breathe deeply.

Absorbing each breath completely.

Bringing the strength,

The vital force of each breath down into your belly.

Gradually expand your awareness of your presence.

Focusing your attention on your breath and more specifically in breathing into your center.

Down below your navel.

Until your breath becomes ever so deep and ever so soft.

Down here in your center.

Feel the safety of your presence.

As your body becomes very comfortable and relaxed because of your presence.

Notice the silence of your presence.

Its strength.

And as you stay very clear observer.

Kind.

Loving.

Infinitely compassionate.

From this privileged viewpoint you can acknowledge absolutely everything and anything inside of you.

For you are in this moment in your center.

The wise master.

Compassionate observer.

I would like to invite you now to sit with the anger that comes up now and then.

Between you and yourself.

Those times when you get irritated,

Frustrated with yourself,

Feeling that you should be doing things better or differently.

That you should have already understood something.

That you should be allowing your wisdom to guide you when you realize you aren't.

That anger that shows up.

And that you generally find hard to accept.

Because you should be more compassionate.

You should be more spiritual.

You shouldn't be feeling it.

Well,

I invite you now to please release all of these judgments about this anger that shows up.

Just sit with it.

Accept it.

Acknowledge it.

And even allow it for you in this moment or the observer.

You're not going anywhere.

You're staying.

You're staying in your center.

The peaceful,

Silent presence that compassionately can accept everything about you.

And no matter what kind of discomfort might arise in your body,

What kind of emotion might show up beyond the anger.

Just stay.

Breathe deeply through your nose.

Staying your belly with each breath.

Surrounded with this anger,

Maybe some sort of guilt.

Also some sort of frustration with things you should have done and didn't or said and didn't or the opposite.

In your own belief,

In your own conviction that you think you should have done,

Said,

Thought,

But didn't or that you did,

Said,

And thought,

And shouldn't have.

So I invite you to just sit with this.

Accept it fully without the should or the shouldn't.

Let that go.

Feel it.

And in this moment of pure compassion,

Let go of the need to correct anything.

Just let go.

Accept.

Let go of the judgment.

Stay.

Now this anger,

It may be also coming up towards people outside of you,

Around you,

But it is only your anger with yourself that you are projecting.

So bring it back home.

It's not about others.

It's all about you.

Allow yourself the gift of embracing yourself compassionately,

Fully.

I invite you to feel the huge power in that anger.

And as you gradually just stay,

Realize that this is your power,

Your energy,

And you get to choose how to use it.

As you stay,

Notice how your presence is your power.

Your presence,

Your compassionate,

Wise presence distills judgment as you just allow.

Now that this energy becomes free,

Raw,

It's not necessarily being used anymore to,

To fuel your anger.

You could choose.

How would you like this energy to serve you today?

It is here to serve you.

Now it is no longer anger or anything else.

It is just energy purely simple at your service.

And even if you notice any part of you still wanting to stay attached to the anger,

You can allow that.

It cannot do anything to you.

It's yours.

You choose how to be with you in this moment.

Keep on breathing.

Sit down into your belly.

Very aware of your body and how you feel.

Very aware of your presence.

Very aware of your presence.

Realize that you have it all in you.

I invite you to go beyond duality.

Just feeling yourself in this absolutely neutral,

Balanced place.

This is your presence.

It can teach you compassion,

Can show you compassion.

It is compassion.

And when you are in it,

When you are it,

You do not need to rise above,

Below or anywhere else.

You just move beyond into a more expanded awareness of the whole of you.

Using your horizons.

Remember how you have chosen to have this energy serve you today and gradually prepare to start awakening so that you may live your choice,

Compassionately fulfilled.

Breathing even deeper and ever so smoothly.

And whenever you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

Behold your new vision.

Enjoy your breath,

Your presence.
