Allow your Breath to take you by the hand, deep down into your Centre, the House of Now. This is your own Safe Space, the Retreat within you where Love, Peace, Stillness, Balance and Harmony dwell. Where you let go of all else to simply stay. Your thoughts will subside naturally as you place your full attention on your Breath, and choose to stay Here and Now, in your Body. Inhale and exhale always through the nose, lying comfortably belly up or sitting with your diafragm relaxed. Let the breath flow and find its own depth and rhythm gradually, as the belly rises and falls with each breath.

Transcript

Inhale,

Exhale through the nose,

Filling your body with the lightness of each breath.

When you inhale,

Fill your belly,

When you exhale,

Release.

And as you breathe deeply,

Softly,

Allow the grace of each breath to take you by the hand deep down into your centre,

The exact centre of your body,

With each breath.

Relax,

Lying,

Feeling your back sink down,

Down into the breath,

Letting your head relax on the pillow,

Allowing yourself to merge and dissolve with each breath as you inhale and exhale through the nose,

Falling into you,

Bringing yourself completely back here into this complete,

Safe,

Now moment.

And this haven inside of you,

Where you can relax and rest from the movement of the outside world,

Your own peaceful retreat just for you.

Each breath creates the space for this retreat within you,

Where you let go of all other places,

People and situations and simply stay.

Gradually your thoughts subside as you remove your attention from them and focus totally and entirely on your breath,

On simply staying here in your body in this moment in your centre.

Feel the strength of the stillness within you,

Of the presence,

Embracing you ever so softly,

Ever so sweetly.

And as you stay,

This here now becomes the only place to be.

This here now becomes the only moment to be.

Completely aware,

Completely at peace.

Nothing else to do,

Say or think.

Just stay.

Allow.

Allow your breath to lighten all of your burdens,

To liberate you.

As you become complete and completely in this one fulfilling moment of now.

Nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

Just stay welcoming each breath.

Enforming yourself into the house of now.

And from this space of full presence.

Allow yourself to live your day.

Allow this space of full presence to nurture your thoughts,

Your words,

Your actions.

Allow this space of full presence to lighten your steps,

To bring you new,

Simple perspectives.

Each moment.

Breathe even more deeply a few times.

Feeling the vitality of stillness in your whole body of presence.

Feeling ready to open your eyes in your own time.

Stay here and now.
