Allow your Breath to take you by the hand, deep down into your Centre, the House of Now. This is your own Safe Space, the Retreat within you where Love, Peace, Stillness, Balance and Harmony dwell. Where you let go of all else to simply stay. Your thoughts will subside naturally as you place your full attention on your Breath, and choose to stay Here and Now, in your Body. Inhale and exhale always through the nose, lying comfortably belly up or sitting with your diafragm relaxed. Let the breath flow and find its own depth and rhythm gradually, as the belly rises and falls with each breath.
