Inhale,
Exhale through your nose,
Allowing the air that you breathe to embrace you from within and all around you.
Allow it to flow freely,
Simply.
And allow yourself to enjoy it,
Embracing each moment of each breath.
And as your breath goes deeper and deeper,
Spreading all over your body,
Realize that you breathe much more than air.
Each breath brings in life in its purest,
Most crystalline form.
Allow all of your cells to receive this pure and crystalline life force that you consciously allow with your breath.
And gently land in your center,
Deep down in your belly,
As it waves up and down with the rhythm of each breath,
As you stay in that special,
Safe space.
Become aware of the silence,
The silence within you.
Notice how it gradually creates a haven where your mind can quieten down completely.
Your heart can open up and rest in that stillness.
And your body can be fed and regenerated with the purity of each breath.
No sound74 The silence within you is ever present all encompassing complete unto itself just let it wash over you through and through letting go of all the questioning letting go of everything else the silence itself when allowed deeply cleanses and releases all of illusion and you can connect with that pure permanent silence with each breath keep on breathing deeply and softly through the nose witnessing yourself in the pure silence of is-ness stepping out of illusion and into truth within you allowing the body to purely and gracefully nurture itself from this silence witness and enjoy the fulfillment of simply allowing the silence of is-ness know that it is with you,

It is you the grandest,
Most expanded you the one where no lack or limitation resides all of the answers you could ever possibly require will come to you from the silence and there is so much that you do not require that you can let go of in this very instant in the arms of silence whenever you feel ready,
Allow yourself to gradually awaken staying in this space of silence within you always aware of your breath,
