This is a Compassionate Breath Practice that invites you to come into deeper connection with your Divine Presence, allowing it fully so that whatever remains in the shadow can be accepted and embraced, bringing you into compassionate peace. Please be aware that this practice does not contain background music and this is a purposeful choice so that you can be allowed more connection with your own clarity and wisdom in the silences in-between the guided portions. The breath is natural, profound and effortless and always through the nose, both in the inhale and exhale. The belly expands with the inhale and relaxes with the exhale but it is not a forced occurrence. It is simply allowed, as you let your breath expand and find its own rhythm. I recommend using ear or headphones.
