Closing down your eyes,
Taking a couple of relaxed breaths,
Let's begin our journey together.
Breathing easily,
Letting your shoulders drop,
Letting your body relax,
Maybe moving your head around,
Getting out any cracks or pops,
Maybe rolling your shoulders a little bit,
Just signaling to your physical body that it's time to relax,
Open,
And receive whatever it is that we need in this moment.
Paying attention to your breath,
Moving in and out of your body,
Bringing vitality,
Bringing life,
And just taking a moment to send your entire body,
Your entire being,
A boost of gratitude and love.
Thinking about all of the functions,
All of the things that are happening in our physical bodies without conscious effort.
Our bodies just keep breathing,
Our muscles contract,
Our hearts beat,
Pumping blood throughout,
Our arms,
Legs,
Spine,
Granting us movement.
Thinking about when we walk,
We don't even think about any of these functions,
But our bodies do.
They take care of us and they run.
So,
Just observing the miracle of that and giving yourself a hug in full gratitude for what we get to experience together in our bodies for this lifetime.
And as you drop into this present moment,
I want you to put aside anything that may be weighing on you.
And how I want you to do this is I want you to picture a little bookshelf next to you.
And I want you to take one thing at a time.
And if you choose to see a word or a picture,
I want you to see it on a boulder so that each boulder represents something that you need to put aside just for a few minutes.
Any to-do list items,
You can put them on that shelf as a boulder.
Any worry or anxiety,
Put them over on that shelf.
Any stress,
Tension,
Add them to the shelf.
Drama.
Any of those feelings,
Any of that stress,
Anything that is causing your mind to be distracted into a lower vibration,
I want you to just put that over on the shelf just for a few minutes.
You can pick them up after if you would like.
Adding the last few boulders and just breathing.
I want you to breathe deeply.
Three nice deep breaths.
In through the nose and out through the nose or the mouth.
Whatever way is most comfortable for you.
Really deep cleansing breaths.
Letting go of any of the crumbs,
Anything attached to any of those objects that you've put aside.
Now,
For our journey together,
I want you to picture yourself in a beautiful forest.
Just like we're walking through the forest,
Perhaps in Florida with a friend.
We're in this beautiful landscape.
Everything is lush and fresh,
Like a rain has just passed through.
It smells earthy.
I want you to just walk.
And whether or not you can visually see the forest or you just know it's there,
Just observe.
Maybe it's a smell.
I want you to just be open to however you experience this forest.
And as you're walking through the forest,
I want you to reflect back on 2025 and into the first couple of months of 2026.
Looking back on what we know was the year of the snake.
And as you walk,
I want you to recall some of the things,
Perhaps lessons,
Some of the things that you were shedding,
Releasing,
Letting go of.
Things that no longer served you and your soul.
So I'm going to give you a couple of moments in silence so that you can recognize what those things were.
Maybe put a name to them.
See a visual.
Whatever it is.
I just want you to take almost like a roll call.
Just let those things flow.
Some of the things you released.
Relationships.
Maybe a job or a business.
Friendships.
Maybe thought patterns.
Perhaps it was physical.
Maybe it was weight that you let go of.
Maybe you lost people who moved on from this life or pets.
And as you think about all of the things,
All the shedding,
We need to remind ourselves about mindsets.
So maybe you changed the way that you see things in the world.
Maybe you shifted.
Maybe you let go of some belief systems that you had in place.
But I want you to just think about those items just for a moment.
Everything that you let go of.
Everything that you let go of.
And some things may have been very easy and other things may have been difficult.
But what I want you to hold on to right now is the deep trust and the deep knowing.
That those things shifted and moved away from you for your greatest and highest life.
So that you can live to your fullest potential.
So just sit in that for a moment.
Just feel it.
It may be hard to accept,
But I want you to try your very best to trust and to just feel that perhaps everything that you let go of is clearing the way.
And as you recognize this and as you feel yourself walking through this beautiful forest,
I want you to just ponder that for a moment.
And as you think about some of those things,
I want you to picture just off to the side,
Pretty far from you.
Not directly next to you.
I want you to see a snake.
It's not coming towards you.
It's a very,
Very safe distance away.
And it's moving along the ground parallel to you.
And that snake is representing the last year.
And I want you to watch that snake as it moves because it is shedding its skin.
And that skin represents all of those things that you let go of last year.
I want you to send love and support and just trust the shedding of the snake who is running alongside you.
Full and deep gratitude for the release.
And as you see that last little catch of skin drop off,
The snake goes off deeper into the forest,
Away from you.
And you continue to walk through this forest,
Feeling almost a sense of neutrality.
This beautiful blank slate.
Like you've let go of anything that has ever,
Ever held you back in your life.
It's gone.
It's in that snake skin,
Way back there.
I want you to just feel this freedom.
Feel this unburdened way of being.
This beautiful blank slate.
This canvas.
And as you walk and look around this beautiful forest,
I want you to notice if it looks different.
Does it look brighter?
Are you noticing flowers?
Colors?
And as you continue walking,
You open up to this beautiful clearing.
It's this wide open field.
And the backdrop is stunning.
Beautiful,
Beautiful mountains.
This gigantic field in front of you is beautiful,
Open,
Clear,
Fresh.
Let's take a nice deep breath in.
And out.
Feeling this potential,
This excitement brewing right deep inside your core,
Right at the base.
This excitement,
This unknown.
Wondering what is going to come in this year ahead.
And as you look up,
You see this beautiful firehorse just running full tilt across the field in front of you.
You have never,
Ever witnessed a vision like this.
Just seeing this horse,
This energy,
The speed,
Your heart rate quickens.
You feel even more excited about what is to come.
And I want you to just watch this horse running.
Maybe it's jumping around playfully.
Maybe it's going in circles.
Or perhaps the field is so wide that it's just running straight across.
I want you to observe this horse.
But I also want you to feel the energy of the firehorse.
Paying attention to your body.
And where in your body you are feeling the energy of the firehorse.
Watching as the firehorse slows down,
Starts to trot.
And then slows even more.
So that this beautiful horse is actually walking in your direction now.
And if you have ever had a fear of horses,
That doesn't exist anymore.
This horse is approaching you slowly.
Slowly.
Gently.
Still carrying its power.
Still carrying its fire.
And as this horse approaches you,
You feel an urge to put your hand right between the horse's eyes on its forehead.
And as you do this,
You receive a message.
Just for you.
Trusting.
The horse gently backs away.
Giving you a little bit of a bow.
Whether or not you received a message of words.
Or you received a feeling.
Perhaps you just connected with this beautiful firehorse.
The horse turns around and sprints away.
So much power.
So much speed.
This fierce,
Yet gentle animal just blessed you.
And you watch the horse as it runs off.
Out of sight.
Taking in those beautiful mountains for a moment.
Just sitting with that beautiful energy of the firehorse.
Taking a moment to reflect on anything that was communicated to you.
Or felt.
Or intended.
Or experienced.
Recognizing the magic of the moment.
The deep connection.
The blessing.
Just that sacred time you had witnessing the snake shedding the skin.
Watching that amazing firehorse dancing across the field.
And finally,
That sacred interaction.
And just sending a whole bunch of gratitude.
To this beautiful scene around you.
This precious planet we call Earth.
And all of the living beings.
The plants,
The trees,
All of the animals,
The humans.
And for a moment,
I just want you to sit and feel the energy of our planet.
And now I want you to look around once again at this beautiful trail where we started.
And I want you to feel yourself coming back into this physical realm.
Back into the place where you started.
This visualization.
Feeling that surface beneath you.
Breathing in the air.
Feeling the peace.
And perhaps starting to move your head around.
Maybe rolling those shoulders again.
Just coming back.
Grounding back into your physical body.
Maybe moving your hands,
Your feet,
Your fingers and toes.
And taking a nice deep breath in.
And when you're ready,
You can open up your eyes.
