Settle in,
Get cozy,
And get ready for an adventure.
Taking a couple of breaths in and out.
Landing in this moment.
Being ready for anything.
It's time to remember who you are.
It's time to find that passion in your soul and to reignite it.
Thinking about your current life,
I want you to think about an area of your life that you would love to improve.
It may be your relationships,
Your health,
Your career.
Think about that aspect of your life and think about what it is that you would like to improve about it.
Hold that in your heart for a couple of moments.
Now I want you to remember a time when you felt so powerful.
You were confident,
You were free,
You were in complete control of your feelings and your life.
Remember that feeling.
Now I want you to picture your current appearance standing on top of a mountain.
Your hands on your hips,
Your chest puffed out,
Your back super straight,
And your chin tilted up just a little bit.
Feeling that confidence,
That power,
That strength.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling pride,
Health,
Vitality,
Joy,
Pure love.
Feel that through every cell in your body for a couple of moments.
Now going back to the memory,
I want you to think about your lifestyle at the time.
What is it that you were doing that perhaps you were not doing in your current lifestyle?
Could be something as simple as taking daily walks,
Or maybe you had a gym membership.
Perhaps you had a daily meditation routine.
Maybe the environment you were in was completely different.
Now I want you to think about your current lifestyle and your current feelings about life.
I want you to consider if you would love to increase your feelings of joy.
If you would like to improve your current lifestyle in a way that is unique to you.
Maybe there's something that you could call forward from the past that would help.
Is there something that you can identify when you listen to your soul that will help you to step into your power in this current life?
Take a moment to just listen to your soul.
Listen to the response when you ask,
What do I need to do?
Now I want you to take a moment to consider if this is something that you would implement into your life.
If you are ready for that change,
If you want your power back.
Now I want you to think of the ways in which you can incorporate some of those old ideas that really worked.
Maybe you will think of a few new ways.
It's time for you to stand in your power.
It's time for you to move forward in life.
It's time to embrace your health.
It's time to operate from a place of complete well-being.
And you know exactly how to do that.
Taking a breath in and out.
Releasing any doubts,
Any fears.
Breathing in hope,
Strength,
And love,
And breathing out love.
Feeling your body with a whole new buzz of life within it.
Feeling a fresh reboot.
Feeling excited to get on with life,
To get back on track,
To feel powerful and strong once again.
Feeling your strong heart beating.
Feeling your muscles within your body.
Feeling each breath.
Feeling ready,
Ready to move forward.
Taking a moment to come back into your physical body,
To come back into your power.
Gently moving your fingers and toes.
Moving your head back and forth.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
