Take a couple of breaths in and out and land in this moment,
Get settled in.
Relax your breathing,
Let your body relax,
Your muscles release and feel the peace around you.
Feeling grateful for this time,
This escape,
These few moments for you.
Maybe you have been feeling guilty or maybe you are having feelings of shame lately.
Sometimes it's really hard to shift out of those emotions.
Sometimes we just need a reminder,
A reminder of our worthiness,
Our value in this world.
In life we make many decisions,
Almost every moment of every day we are deciding,
Deciding where to go,
Who to interact with,
What to do,
Constant decisions.
Sometimes we make decisions on the fly that we later regret.
This then spirals into guilt or shame.
Instead of forgiving ourselves and simply moving past,
Sometimes we just sit in the guilt and shame.
I'm here to tell you,
You can let that go.
Whatever it is right now that you are feeling guilty about,
Maybe it's something that you said to your partner,
Maybe your children or parents or a friend,
Let that go.
Forgive yourself.
Understand that this is all part of the journey,
This is all part of being human,
Learning,
Loving,
Growing.
Sometimes the most painful things teach us the most profound things.
So thinking about shame,
If there's something that makes you feel so embarrassed,
Something that you wish had never happened,
You had never said,
You had never even thought,
Whatever it may be,
We're going to surround that with a bright white light.
We're going to infuse it with healing,
Loving,
Clarifying,
Purifying energy,
And as we do this,
It disappears.
The only thing left is the glowing light.
Then we think about all the emotions that we have suffered through as a result of that one action,
Then we decide in this moment that we are finished suffering.
We are forgiving ourselves,
We're letting it go once and for all.
I want you to wrap your arms around yourself,
Giving you a big hug,
And thinking about these words,
You are perfectly imperfect.
You are enough exactly as you are.
You are ready to move forward,
To let the past go,
And to step into life once again.
Fresh,
Empowered,
Clear,
Full of so much love to share with the world.
