Breathing.
Feeling peaceful.
Feeling ready to connect.
Ready to go within.
To receive whatever it is you need to receive today.
Breathing.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
Feeling your connection.
As your body lets go,
Your muscles release.
You feel your breathing slowing.
Feel your face relaxing.
Your hands unclenching.
Every part of your body settling in for our journey together.
Now I want you to picture yourself in a beautiful forest.
A forest of trees that are so so tall you can barely see the sky peeking between the tops.
I want you to look around.
Just absorb what you are seeing.
Take note of the tree tops.
Take note of the type of trees that you are seeing.
I want you to slowly lower your gaze and take note of the tree that you are standing right next to.
What does it look like?
Does it have a smell?
I want you to place your hand or both hands on this tree.
I want you to connect and feel the energy of the tree.
As you are connecting and holding this tree,
I want you to think about the roots and how deep the roots of this tree must go in order for it to stand as tall as it is.
And picturing these roots as they go through the earth down,
Down,
Down.
Deeper and deeper.
Watching as the roots spread wider,
Breaking into smaller pieces and growing lower and lower.
And as you see this vision,
You feel yourself traveling through the earth with the roots,
Down deeper and deeper through all of the layers until you reach the very core of the earth.
And as you reach the core,
You feel yourself in this beautiful little cave.
And it feels so safe.
You are at the core of the earth.
You are more grounded than you have ever been before.
As you sit in this area,
It feels almost neutral.
Like you were floating.
Yet you are within the core of the planet.
Feeling your feet on this ground,
Feeling this beautiful protective energy.
You allow yourself to float slowly back up through the earth's crust,
Higher and higher until you are back right where you started with your hands on the tree once again.
You take a nice deep breath in and out.
Feeling that connection with the earth and that grounding,
That security,
That safety.
And you begin a beautiful stroll through the forest,
Listening to the sound of water.
Not really sure where the sound is,
Where that water is coming from.
But you decide to walk towards it.
Observing this wonderful forest around you,
The flowers,
Maybe there's moss on the rocks.
Perhaps there are plants that you have never seen before.
Maybe you hear a little scurrying in the forest of squirrels or other friendly woodland creatures.
You continue walking,
Feeling the cool air and listening to that sound of water,
That rushing sound getting closer and closer.
As you continue your journey,
You start to see a little glisten of water through the trees.
You realize that it's a waterfall,
A beautiful waterfall,
Getting louder and louder as you approach.
And as you observe it,
You realize that this is the most clear water you have ever seen.
And the pool underneath it is crystal clear.
There is nothing in there but water.
No living creatures,
No little fish swimming around or other beings.
And without hesitation,
You climb directly into this beautiful pool of crystalline water,
Feeling an instant burst of clarity,
An instant release of anything that isn't serving you.
And you slowly wade over so that you are directly underneath the waterfall.
And this waterfall is glistening.
It's iridescent,
Like nothing you've ever seen before.
It's magical,
It's sparkling.
And as it gently falls over from the crown of your head right along your entire body,
You feel this zap of energy,
This clear,
Cleansing,
Releasing of anything that is not serving your greatest and highest good in your life right now.
Any feelings that have been held within,
Any anger,
Any sorrow,
Any sickness,
Any disease,
Anything within your body that has served a purpose but is ready to move on is now breaking into tiny molecules and rinsing out into this beautiful,
Purifying pool of water and dissipating into love and healing.
With every single drop that touches your body and your absolute crown,
Every part that is touching you is serving this purpose,
Is clearing any speck that is not serving your body.
I want you to feel for a moment that magic.
Feel the water as it is rushing over your body,
Sweeping away what is not needed.
I want you to take a moment and just enjoy this feeling.
Breathing,
Feeling refreshed and renewed,
Accepting everything that is meant to be happening right now.
As you are floating and wading in this pool of healing,
You suddenly feel yourself breathing easily.
You feel lighter,
Brighter.
You feel refreshed and renewed.
You slowly drift out of the waterfall,
Climbing slowly out of this pool of beautiful energy.
As you step out,
You realize that you are instantly dry,
Magically in perfectly warm clothing and dry.
You continue your journey,
Looking back,
Looking at that magical waterfall,
Sending love,
Sending light,
And so much gratitude and thanks for this beautiful,
Clarifying experience.
And walking along through this gorgeous forest once again,
You feel yourself shrinking down with each step.
Shrinking,
It doesn't hurt,
With each step,
A foot at a time,
Smaller and smaller,
Until you are about the size of a bunny rabbit.
And as you are this size,
You look up at the forest and notice how different it looks from this perspective.
Taking in the beauty,
Taking in your surroundings once again,
Noticing the plants around you and the gigantic trees.
And noticing over to the right,
An opening in the ground.
And you know from your human experience that that would be a rabbit burrow and a little tunnel leading down to it.
You think to yourself,
When would I have the opportunity to explore one of those in my full form?
Without hesitation,
You start your journey down this rabbit tunnel,
This rabbit hole.
It's dark,
But your vision has adjusted magically so that you can see all details.
You don't have any fear,
You know that you are completely safe and protected.
And as you continue down this intricate tunnel,
You realize how genius these creatures are in the design of their homes,
And how they have protection in mind.
You continue walking,
Wondering if there may be a rabbit that you will run into,
Continuing along until you reach an opening.
This beautiful opening would be a rabbit's living room.
So it's just a round room of dirt,
But it feels like home.
You decide to take a little rest,
You feel really relaxed and really warm and cozy in this beautiful space,
This beautiful rabbit burrow.
And so you decide to lay down for just a moment.
Laying down,
With the eyes closed,
And just feeling really grateful for that waterfall.
And feeling your body in the most beautifully vibrant form than you have felt in a long time.
And as you lay there,
You feel a tingle throughout your body.
You feel a shifting of energy.
You feel as though you are receiving some form of energy,
Healing,
Or even messaging that you need in your life right now.
And with this sparkly,
Tingly feeling,
You decide to just surrender.
You decide to completely open up and receive whatever it is that you need to receive.
And as you come to this realization,
You feel a warm,
Soft body next to yours.
And you realize that it's a bunny.
And as you feel that warmth,
You feel warmth on the other side,
And down by your feet,
And next to your head.
There are so many bunnies that seem to be surrounding you and cuddling you,
Adding to this beautiful energy of this home burrow.
You take a moment in complete bliss and silence to receive whatever it is you need in this moment.
Wrapping up whatever it is that you are receiving,
And feeling the love of your bunny family all around you.
And taking a moment to send some love back,
Wherever these messages came from,
Whatever this healing or connection or energy that you received,
Taking a moment to send thanks and love in the direction from which it came.
And slowly sit up,
Not to disturb the bunnies around you.
You look around and notice how many there are,
Different sizes and shapes.
You just feel so blessed and so grateful for this magical moment,
This interaction.
Send love to each of these bunnies,
And you slowly and quietly get up and start your way through another entrance.
Following a tunnel that looks much like the one you came in on,
Noticing the dirt,
The packed down dirt that creates these tunnels and makes them sustainable and solid.
Walking and smelling the earth,
Just connecting with this beautiful planet as you walk.
Thinking about what you just received,
Thinking about those cute bunnies,
Twisting and turning through the tunnel,
And finally seeing a little bit of light up ahead,
Knowing that you are nearing the surface.
And as you come through this beautiful entranceway,
You are now in a field,
A beautiful field surrounded by gigantic mountains.
And with every step,
You grow another foot,
Growing back into your full human form.
Standing and looking back at the little tunnel you just came from,
That opening,
You send a burst of love,
Good energy back down that tunnel to your little bunny family.
Turning back around,
You notice that you are standing at the base of a rainbow.
And as you stand at the base of this rainbow,
You start to float in the pathway like you were on a rainbow road.
So you're floating and feeling a bunch of different energies,
Emotions,
Gratitude,
Love,
And floating higher and higher without any fear.
There is no fear of heights in this existence.
There is nothing but clouds around you,
Supporting you.
And as you continue along this beautiful rainbow,
You think about the colors of the rainbow.
And you realize that the colors of the rainbow are the same as our chakras.
And as you continue higher and higher,
You are now at the highest point of the rainbow.
You feel each of your chakras igniting,
Spinning,
Opening,
And receiving whatever it is they need to receive.
You stay at the top of this rainbow,
Feeling the sun beaming down while all of the colors filter throughout your body into every single chakra.
Replenishing,
Clarifying,
Rejuvenating,
Filling you up,
Bringing you back to 100% health.
All of the cells,
The molecules,
The muscles,
The bones,
Your nervous system,
Your brain function,
Your circulation,
Everything is absolutely perfect.
Everything is running to its best capacity.
Your body is continually regenerating,
Continually healing.
And you receive this happily,
Openly.
You deserve this.
You don't have to do anything to earn this.
This is yours.
Now you decide that with all of this newfound energy,
You are going to slide down the other side of the rainbow,
Just like when you were a kid,
Going down a slide at the playground.
Arms in the air,
Just feeling the moment and enjoying this freedom,
This fully,
Fully beautiful moment.
Landing on both feet,
Watching as the rainbow fades away and feeling so full of energy,
So full of vitality,
Strength,
Light.
You feel ready for life.
You feel ready for the world again.
And you walk back into this beautiful forest where we started,
Looking back up at the trees and the surrounding area.
And maybe noticing a shift in your perspective or maybe noticing a change in your physical body.
Maybe your emotions feel clearer.
Whatever it is,
Just take a moment to look up at those treetops once again and feel this revitalized version of you and soak up this forest energy for a couple moments more.
Taking a nice deep breath in and out and bidding this forest a sweet farewell,
Sending love and gratitude to the trees,
The waterfall,
The rabbit and bunny family,
The rainbow adventure and everything that you have experienced in this time together.
