Inhaling and exhaling in your own time.
Doing whatever your soul needs right now.
Our bodies are here to carry us through this lifetime.
To serve as healthy companions and to support our souls.
Let's take a moment to send gratitude,
Love and positive intentions to our bodies.
Embracing our beautiful bodies instead of thinking about the parts that we are not proud of.
Taking a moment to really love ourselves.
To think for a moment what it would be like to fully accept and love our bodies.
Every inch of them.
We can get to that state.
We can work towards self-acceptance,
A positive body image and pure love.
Let that simmer for a few moments.
Taking a deep,
Loving breath in and sending love out with your exhale.
Let's fill this space with love,
Acceptance and gratitude.
Breathing and passing love all around.
To others,
To the space around you and again to yourself.
During our time together,
I want you to simply be in the moment.
Don't worry about seeing,
Hearing or knowing anything.
Simply focus on feeling and being.
If that means rest,
Contemplation or completely zoning out,
Then you must trust that.
Go with the flow.
If you are working on focusing and honing your meditation skills,
Then maybe you can focus a little more on the words and breath.
Surrender to what could be.
Now I want you to picture yourself outside of a large cave.
There are trees,
There are trees,
Tall plants,
Flowers and earth all around this cave.
It is dark inside,
But you have no fear.
As you walk into the cave,
You lose more and more light with each step.
Just as you are almost in total darkness,
You see a glowing door up ahead.
Notice what that door is to you.
Feel it,
Maybe even see it.
You reach out and open the door.
Maybe it's a regular door handle.
Perhaps it's a medieval style iron ring.
Maybe there is no handle and you can simply push it open.
As the door opens,
You take in the sights of a pristine room.
White,
The floor,
Walls,
Ceiling,
They are all pristine,
Clean,
White.
It is quite a large room and you aren't sure if this is a room or another realm.
Take it in for a moment.
Notice how you are feeling.
As the door gently closes behind you,
You feel completely at ease,
Even serene,
Beautifully,
Clearly,
And evenly breathing.
Looking around and feeling clear,
Feeling fresh and open.
Walking towards the center of the space feels almost like floating.
So smooth,
So easy.
Looking down,
You see a circular pool of crystal clear water.
It isn't deep.
It isn't huge.
It looks like an oversized hot tub.
Enough room to move around,
But not as big as a swimming pool.
There are stairs that lead you into this pool right in front of you.
Taking a few steps into the water,
As you feel the warmth and cleansing effect,
Stepping down another two steps and another two,
And you are standing with your feet on the bottom.
The water only goes up to your waist and is so very clear.
There is nothing else in this pool of water with you,
Only you.
You can see every inch of this pool clearly.
You decide to crouch down into the water and sit on the built-in bench that is against the far wall,
Feeling the warm water swirling around your body,
The soothing texture,
The smoothness,
Just embracing this perfect temperature for a few moments.
You lean your head back on the surface behind you with closed eyes,
And you feel entirely at peace,
Not sure where your body ends and the water begins,
Just flowing and feeling free,
Getting up and making your way back through the pool to the stairs,
Stepping up and out of the pool.
You realize that your clothing is dry and warm.
You continue walking through this bright,
Pristine area until you feel a bit of a breeze kicking up.
As you look around for something,
Anything,
You notice a hot air balloon tethered down close by.
You decide to walk towards it,
Realizing that you have no fear.
You are in a special place where nothing can harm you,
Only goodness exists.
You bravely climb into the basket with the guide who is going to take you up for a little ride.
The interesting part about this hot air balloon ride is that the balloon will only go as high as you want it to.
It could be a foot off of the ground or as high as the clouds.
There are no parameters.
It is simply what you are comfortable with.
Take a moment to let that sink in.
Know that you are in control and you are also able to extend your mindset.
Knowing that you are safe.
As the hot air balloon lifts off,
You feel a tingling in your soul,
A feeling of childlike excitement.
Freedom gliding through the air gives you the opportunity to wash away any worries,
Stress or anxiety.
The gentle breeze massages the surface of your skin.
You take a few moments as you soar through the air.
Maybe you have a chat with your hot air balloon guide.
The hot air balloon is now landing gently on the ground beneath you.
You are now in an area of rich soil,
Solid earth,
Feeling a deep need to walk barefoot on this landing area.
You climb out of the hot air balloon feeling so exhilarated,
So recharged as you start walking barefoot across the dark and grounding earth.
With each step,
You feel more and more attuned to the earth and her power,
Her energy,
Her vibration,
Walking and connecting,
Feeling more and more at ease with each pace.
You stop glancing around at the landscape around you,
Just taking it all in for a few moments,
Taking in the feeling,
The beauty,
The knowing and the love that surrounds you in this moment.
Following your soul's call,
You decide to lay down on this ground for just a few moments.
It has been calling you to do so since you stepped off the balloon.
You slowly lower onto the ground and lay out starfish style,
Just enjoying the feeling of the earth beneath you,
The warmth,
The flow of the earth's energy,
Fueling up yet grounding down,
Feeling completely at ease with mother earth for a few moments.
As you rise back up to a sitting position,
You find yourself in front of a warm fire burning,
Glowing,
Sending warmth and heat towards you.
You observe the fire for a few moments,
Letting ideas flow in and out of your mind.
Something is stirring within your soul.
Maybe it's a new idea.
Perhaps it's a new perspective on something that has been challenging you lately.
Perhaps it's a complete revelation about something you have been wondering about for a long time.
Take a few moments to let this form or just be.
Standing and walking away from the fire,
You feel fresh,
Bright and ready.
Thinking about the last few moments and the connection you made with the elements.
First water in the clear pool,
Then air by sailing through the sky in the hot air balloon.
Next ground by walking barefoot and laying directly on the earth.
Finally,
Fire by sitting in front of and admiring a beautiful fire.
Let those elements settle in for the next few moments.

Taking a few moments to come back to your breath,
Maybe remembering some of the key moments.
Now it's time to take a couple of deep breaths in and out as you start to return to your physical body.
Moving your fingers and toes around,
Maybe rotating your wrists and ankles,
Gently moving your arms and legs back and forth,
Maybe rolling your head to the left and right,
Taking a big stretch overhead while stretching your legs and pointing your toes in the opposite direction,
Coming fully back into your body,
Opening your eyes.
