Settle in,

Get comfy,

And take a couple of relaxed breaths.

Landing in this moment,

Agreeing to be present,

Fully present for yourself for the next couple of moments.

I want you to take a moment to do a scan of your body.

Notice if there are any areas that feel tension,

Maybe pain,

Maybe pure exhaustion,

And take a moment to just notice where in your body it may be more than one place,

And just sit with that for a moment.

Identify what it is that is not aligned,

Maybe that is uncomfortable,

And now I want you to picture a glowing ball of light.

You choose the color,

This first thing that popped into your mind,

And I want you to send that beautiful glowing orb of light,

Whatever color you chose,

To each of the areas that are feeling unsettled.

These are little healing balls of light,

Soothing the roughness,

Taking away any discomfort,

Releasing any tension,

Relieving the pain,

Bringing in pure love,

Pure light,

Pure healing energy,

And now feeling your body,

Feeling a little bit of a change perhaps,

And just letting those glowing balls stay there and continue to do their work.

And I want you to take note of the color that came through,

And when you think about that color,

What does it mean to you?

What do you associate it with?

Take a moment to see that color glowing all around you,

Radiating from every inch of your body out,

Noticing if that comfort radiates outward and inward.

Perhaps you could put that intention.

Feel the color,

Feel the effects,

And also feel those being sent out to the world.

And if you were to zoom out and look down on yourself right now and see that color,

Almost like an outline around your body,

Do you think that would be the color of your aura?

Maybe as you watch,

Maybe that color just changes.

Maybe it slides into a different color.

Just take note.

Maybe you have two,

Three,

Maybe more colors.

Just observe,

See how it feels.

Maybe there's one color that has overpowered the others now.

Maybe it's a beautiful dance of colors being exchanged,

Blended,

Swirling together,

Their powers intertwining.

Just notice if there's one special color that is calling to you.

Now I want you to float back down so that you are back inside of your own body.

I want you to think of one of those colors,

And I want you to think about what it means to you,

What it can mean to you.

Maybe it represents courage.

Maybe it's clarity.

Perhaps it's compassion.

Maybe it is divinity.

Take a moment to choose your word and your color,

And now seeing that color,

Knowing that word,

I want you to tuck both inside of your heart to carry with you always.

Feel your body,

Feel the vibrancy,

The love.

Feel that deeper connection with yourself,

And take a couple of deep breaths in and out.

Coming back into this present moment,

Feeling your body,

Your physical body,

Feeling your breath,

And maybe wiggling your fingers and toes,

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes.
