Settle in,

Relax and get ready to discover your true purpose in life.

Taking a couple of breaths in and out as you relax into this moment.

Feeling your body,

Feeling your heart,

Your mind.

Taking a moment to connect with your soul.

Sometimes we overthink life.

Sometimes we get discouraged.

Sometimes we just want to give up.

Today I want you to uncover a piece of the puzzle which is your life.

Don't ever give up,

Keep learning,

Keep growing,

Keep being you and contributing in the ways that are meaningful to you and others who need you.

I want you to think back to your childhood.

I want you to think of something in your childhood that brought you so much joy.

It could have been something as simple as passing a volleyball back and forth with a friend.

Maybe it was sitting up in a tree house and reading.

Maybe it was something to do with dressing your Barbie dolls or playing with your Hot Wheels cars.

Take a moment to find something that you absolutely loved doing.

Something special that stood out to you.

Maybe it was playing a sport,

Maybe it was dancing,

Sketching,

Maybe it was just running through a field,

Discovering wildlife,

Plants,

Animals.

Maybe you loved watching TV shows about lawyers.

Maybe board games were your thing.

Keep thinking about one thing that brought you so much joy.

I want you to think about this one activity and think about what exactly it was about that activity that you loved.

If you were dancing,

Maybe it was the way that you got to move your body,

The way that you could feel the music,

The variety of sounds.

Maybe it was the memory work required for memorizing a routine.

Think about your special memory and the details of it and what it was that you loved about it.

Now take a moment to see your younger self doing that activity.

You are your current age,

Your current appearance and I want you to approach your younger self.

Simply introduce yourself as a friend and I want you to ask that little person what it is that they are doing.

And next I want you to ask your younger version how they feel.

Next I want you to ask that younger version of you what it is that they would like you to know in this moment.

As you listen to what they are telling you,

You take a moment to ask any other questions that you might want answered.

You can ask what it is that you need to know for your greatest and highest good or any specific questions that you may have.

Take a few moments now to do that.

Taking a couple of moments to wrap up your conversation.

You thank your younger self for their time,

For any messages that may have come through for you and you bid them a sweet farewell.

As you feel yourself in the room that you are in,

In your current state,

You think about ways that you could possibly integrate this new learning into your current life.

Maybe you decide to join a dance class or start interacting more with others through dance.

Maybe you reignite your writing or sketching.

Think about the ways that you can incorporate that special passion,

That special joy that you had as a young child into your current life.

Feel free to listen to this recording again and again,

Going through all of the passions and joys of your childhood to uncover a puzzle piece of your life's mission,

To see,

To remember,

To revitalize that fire in your soul.

Feeling your physical body and your breath,

Moving your fingers and toes around,

Feeling the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe,

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes.

Thank you for meditating with me.

Namaste,

Peace and worthiness to you and yours.
