I invite you to get comfy.
Either seated or laying down.
This is a goddess visualization.
So regardless if you are masculine or feminine,
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your inner goddess.
Closing down your eyes.
Taking a couple of relaxed breaths.
Just landing in this moment together.
Setting aside any to-do lists.
Any worries,
Any stress.
Just putting it off to the side for these next few moments together.
Maybe wiggling a little bit into the best position possible.
Maybe snuggling into a blanket.
Is continuing to breathe easily.
And I want you to let those shoulders drop.
Let your muscles release Just let go and trust.
That you are exactly where you need to be.
You have nowhere else that you need to be.
For the next couple of moments together.
I want you to picture yourself.
Standing in this empty space.
Space.
There's only white.
Around you.
There's nothing.
No props.
No nature,
Just a white room.
I don't even know if you could call it a room.
You're in a white space.
And you feel safe.
You feel protected.
But this is a clean slate.
This is where you get to begin again.
And I want you to think about your life right now.
And what it is that might B.
Needing some attention or suffering.
To some area where.
.
.
You know you need a little boost of energy.
You need a little goddess support.
Just taking a moment to identify that.
Maybe it's confidence.
Maybe it's your health.
Maybe it's a creative boost that you seek.
Maybe you need some strength or willpower.
So once you have that identified,
Way to just feel that in your heart.
Hold that in your heart for a moment.
Recognizing.
Little space that needs to be filled.
And pulling that down.
Down to your soul,
Down to your gut,
Your hara,
Behind your belly button.
Feeling it in there.
Feeling it within that sacral region,
That point of creation.
And thinking about whatever it is that you need in your life right now.
I want you to trust.
That a goddess will appear.
You may or may not know who this goddess is.
You may or may not know what their name is.
But when you look up in front of you in this white space,
You see this goddess figure emerging.
Appearing.
Crystallizing,
Coming into human form.
Walking towards you.
In love,
In peace.
In offering.
And I want you to take note.
Of her appearance.
Who is this goddess?
What does she look like?
How does her energy feel?
Does she feel like fire?
Does she feel like ice?
Does she feel green?
Does she feel like earth?
Does she bring wind with her?
Is she magic?
Is she a healer?
Is she a leader?
A guide.
What aspects of her.
Are standing out to you,
Physical.
And emotional.
Feel her character traits.
Feel the puzzle pieces clicking into where you need power.
That is her abundance.
That is her gift.
And seeing her walk towards you.
You feel light,
You feel a tingle,
You feel a sense of excitement.
You feel a sisterhood.
Which is bringing you what you need in this moment.
She stops in front of you.
Holding your hands.
Feel this electric.
Energy.
Connecting through your hands,
Flowing through your entire body.
Receiving a boost.
Receiving clarity.
Maybe receiving some visions.
With the energy.
So take a moment.
To receive openly,
Knowing that you are safe,
Knowing that this is only of the greatest and highest light.
Knowing that this is for your greatest and highest good.
Feeling.
Receiving.
Glowing.
Knowing.
Few moments in silence.
Listen.
Accepting any messages,
Any energy.
Anything that was helpful.
Keeping it so that you can retrieve it in your conscious mind.
Sending love and gratitude to this beautiful goddess,
Thanking her.
Thanking her for her wisdom.
Her joy,
Her boost.
For giving you a little piece of clarity in your world.
For her magic,
For her blessings.
For her inspiration.
Just feeling the flow of energy Coming in your left hand,
Going out your right hand.
And cycling through,
Coming in your left,
Going out your right.
Knowing that the two of you will create magic together.
The two of you.
Will continually heal.
We'll live in love.
Will spread hope.
Will spread inspiration.
Will spread light through our world.
And releasing your hands only to embrace one another.
Full sisterhood connection.
A boost of wild,
Fiery,
Feminine energy.

Until the vision of the goddess fades away.
And you come back in to your physical body.
Into the room where you started or the place where you started.

Taking a nice deep breath in.
And out.
Landing back into your body,
Into this conscious world,
Into this lifetime.
Remembering the points,
Remembering the goddess.
Feeling that energized feeling.
