Let's take a moment to get comfy, Relaxed and ready to go within. Let's agree to be in this moment together. Let's agree to fully embrace our time together, To be open and accepting to whatever is offered to us. Take a deep breath in and out. Let your body sink into the surface beneath you, Feeling at ease, Connected within. I invite you to relax your breath, Your mind and your body for the next few moments. I want you to picture a beautiful golden light in front of your face. It's simply floating about the size of a golf ball, Shining, Glowing. Looking at this peaceful ball of light, You notice that it is growing larger and larger before your eyes. The light is what captivates you. A feeling of warmth and protection washes over you as this glowing ball continues to spread and take up more space. This ball of light is now all around you, Above you, Below you. In fact, You can only see and feel light. You take a moment and simply receive it. The glowing light, The feelings, The sounds. Your entire body has been infused with light, White light that reaches every part of your soul. The white light has filled your entire head, Neck and arms. The white light has filled your chest, Abdomen and hips with clearing and healing light. The white light has filled your pelvis, Legs and feet with this rejuvenating and protective light. Breathing and feeling the sweetness, Brilliance and beauty of the white light within your soul for a few moments as you breathe freely and deep. It is time to unlock and activate our chakras. Time to prepare for the journey that we are taking together. Let's start by picturing a beautiful rainbow. You know, When the rain has just passed through and the sun decides to burst into the sky, That rainbow. Let's bring that into focus in your mind's eye. Thinking about the different colors, The shape of the rainbow, The sky around it. Maybe considering that each color of the rainbow matches each of the seven main chakras of our bodies. Soak that in for a moment. Starting at the base of your spine, At the very core is the root chakra. This represents safety, Home, Your foundation. The root chakra is associated with the color red. I want you to picture a red ball of light in that area of your body. Now, When you think about your root chakra, I want you to think about the color of the sky when the sun sets. You know that deep, Deep, Majestic red color of the sky just moments after the sun has disappeared into the horizon. Picture the beauty, The grounding feeling, The peace in your body and soul. Take a deep breath into your root chakra and see the color red as you picture the ball of red light spinning, Engaging, Unlocking. Now take a moment to picture that gorgeous red sky. The next time you see a red sky, Think about your connection to the root chakra. Moving up to the next chakra, The sacral. I want you to picture a glowing orange light about an inch beneath your belly button. This is our creative house, Our area of sexuality, Newness, Reproduction, Birth and rebirth. Think of the beautiful, Transformational monarch orange color of her wings. Let's think about ways that we engage our creativity through dance, Art, Sculpting, Song, Design, Gardening. There are so many ways that we create in our lives. Take a deep breath into your sacral chakra and picture that orange ball of glowing light slowly rotating until it feels open and ready to create. Remember your sacral chakra every time that you see a monarch butterfly in nature. Moving to the next area, The solar plexus. This is located in the center of your abdomen at the bottom of your head. This is located in the center of your abdomen at the bottom of the rib cage and is associated with the color yellow. This is your personal powerhouse, Your confident source, Your ray of sunshine. You know that time of the year when the sun shines so bright that you feel the warmth wherever you are. That stunning beacon of energy, Light and overall goodness, Yes, Is connected to your solar plexus chakra. Now take a deep breath into it, Feeling the recharge, Rejuvenation and ignition of our personal power, Our superhero status. Feeling strong, Confident and free, Letting this gorgeous little ball of yellow light twist and turn until it is fully opened and churning. Shifting our attention now to the heart chakra. This one is associated with the colors green and pink and is located exactly where you would assume, Within our hearts. This chakra has to do with love for ourselves and for others. Compassion, Forgiveness. This is a powerful chakra that we will also unlock. Thinking about the trees, The grass, Plants, Flowers. A lot of what we see in nature is green. We also experience the color pink in gardens with many flowers gracing us with this color. Taking a deep breath into your heart chakra. I want you to engage this loving ball of pink or green light, Encouraging it to spin in your mind's eye, Gaining momentum with every rotation. Feel the energy welling up in your heart, Bursting with love as it opens up completely. Let's move up to the next chakra, The throat. Our communication hub, Literally the voice of our soul located in our throats. This chakra is connected to the color blue, Usually a light blue. Thinking about how much communication is used in our daily lives and the energy that we put into it. The way our thoughts flow through our voices, Our hands when writing or creating in any form. Thinking about how we feel when we are expressing ourselves. When you think of a body of water, Think about the flow of energy, The natural movement. This can remind us to always speak our truth, Only the truth, And to make sure we are being clear in our communication. Just as water flows, Water flows, So does our communication. Thinking of the glowing blue orb, I want you to feel your throat chakra opening up to share, Circulating thoughts with each rotation, Releasing your words, Engaging, And lighting up your throat chakra. As we shift to the area between the eyebrows, We find the third eye chakra. This is a deep indigo color and represents our intuition, Our inner connection, That gut instinct, Some might say. The ability to see into the future. When you look up to the night sky, That deep indigo color that surrounds the stars and the moon, This is our reminder of our third eye. Every time you look at the night sky, Remember your inner wisdom, Your inner knowing, Your intuitive power. Your intuitive powers, Trust those always. Taking a deep breath into your third eye chakra, Boosting the spin, Spiraling the innate wisdom and power within, Letting your guard down, Trusting in yourself, In your abilities, Truly listening to your soul. Remember that night sky as the indigo ball of light opens and rotates completely. Finally, We reach the crown chakra that sits at the very top of our heads. Purple in color, This majestic chakra represents our relationship to the divine, Whether that is our higher self, The cosmic consciousness, Enlightenment, Our higher purpose, Selflessness, Spirituality. When you see an African violet and iris or any other purple flower, May this remind you of your connection to the divine. Breathing deeply into your crown chakra, Unlocking the treasures and divine connections within as you picture the purple orb of light engaging, Turning, Igniting, Igniting and lighting up your entire crown. Taking a long, Luxurious breath in and out. Another breath in and out. Let's take a few moments in silence to reflect on our chakras, Our lives, Nature, Our journey, And to just be here in the now, In this moment together, Wiggling your fingers and toes, Maybe moving your head gently back and forth, Starting to feel your physical presence once again, Maybe taking a stretch of your head.
