Hahahaha — I didn’t read the description before I started, but even when I realised it was a kids’ meditation, I kept going. It was fun and I feel more adults could benefit from this type of guided practice.

I came across this when looking for a morning meditation and didn’t realize it was for kids — but oh my gosh it made me so happy!! Sprinkling blue and yellow sparkles on you today, too! (And I did the wiggles too)

Anything that makes one laugh and smile as much as this, is good for you!
