Good morning.

I'm so happy to start today with you right here right now Today is going to be a really good day Take a minute and really feel that Today is going to be a really good day Before you do anything for anyone let's spend a few minutes just for you Take a deep breath in and let it out And wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes and feel thankful that you are alive When you're ready put your hand on your heart And feel thankful that that heart is beating inside of your chest Now feel thankful for the walls that you live in And feel thankful for your family Think of the people in your family and imagine them wherever they are and really think about them Focus on all of the good things If thoughts come up about things they do that drive you crazy take these thoughts and flip them Flipping it means replacing the thought with a better feeling thought Picture their faces picture their little toes and imagine the sound of their giggle Really hear that giggle Now imagine a moment with them where you felt really joyful Feel the joy and And feel how joy feels in your heart Picture their face again During this music think of one person in your family and think of three things that you love about them anything at all ready Now think of someone else in your family and think of three things that you love about them And let's do one more think of one more person in your family and think of three things that you love about them Now take a minute and come back to yourself Imagine a white light starting inside of your heart and radiating out through your whole body Feel the light of your heart pouring down to your toes Pouring all the way over your arms down to your fingers and then pouring down to your toes Pouring all the way over your arms down to your fingers and then reaching reaching up to the top of your head Imagine that every cell in your body is filled with a white glowing light Feel the lightness of your body and really feel how magical you are right now in this moment And take a minute and picture your day and imagine you living each moment with this feeling of lightness Imagine living each moment with appreciation for where you are and who you're with Take one more deep breath in and let it out And know that no matter what you can always come back to this feeling Know that you are loved and appreciated and you are always enough Thank you for the love that you give to your children Now go out there with your big heart and have a really good day You
