Sometimes we feel unloved,

Alone and maybe even rejected and especially in these times we need ourselves even more and it's so crucial to be there for ourselves.

First of all I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

To lay down or to sit down in a comfortable position and make sure that nothing and no one can bother you right now because now the time belongs only to you.

Gently close your eyes and perceive how your breath is going in and out and perceive that every time you breathe out you just let go of any heavy energy,

Energy of maybe other people,

Heavy emotions,

Thoughts you don't need anymore and you simply let go and every time you breathe in,

You breathe in light,

Healing,

Harmonious energy and perceive how this amazing energy is flowing into every part of your body and now I invite you to connect to the ground underneath you,

To connect to Mother Earth,

Stable secure energy and allow Mother Earth to carry you.

Just perceive how your body is relaxing more and more,

Your toes and your feet are relaxing,

Your entire legs,

Also your pelvis is relaxing and perceive the space in your pelvis and let go of any possible tension.

Also relax your belly,

Lower belly and the upper belly,

Relax your lower back,

Your upper back and also perceive your chest relaxing and perceive how there's more space in your chest and in your heart space and perceive a relaxation in your shoulders.

Maybe you want to move them a bit or just shake your arms,

Truly shake off the things you don't need.

Perceive also how your arms are relaxing,

Your hands and your fingers.

Feel also your throat being relaxed and if there are some stored emotions,

Some unspoken words,

Just imagine that you breathe them out to free your throat.

Also relax your jaw,

Maybe you want to massage a little bit the muscles of your jaw,

Let go of any possible tension and also relax your mouth,

Your cheeks,

Feel the relaxation in your eyes and the muscles around your eyes.

Also relax your forehead and your entire head and also perceive now that your entire body is relaxed and every cell is connected to each other and the energy is flowing more and more.

Just enjoy the state of being connected and of the flowing energy in your body and allow yourself to think deeper and deeper into that amazing state and feeling.

Perceive your breath and allow yourself to connect more and more to your inner self with every breath you take and now start to imagine how you're covered,

Maybe just by healing energy or maybe you imagine that you are in your bed and you're covered with your blanket or whatever feels good to you.

You really feel cozy,

Protected.

So perceive the feeling of security and you relax more and more into this amazing feeling and maybe you even wanna just give yourself a hug or just put your hands on your heart.

Just feel more loved,

Comfortable,

Accepted and close to yourself and while you are breathing into your heart space,

I invite you to just perceive if there's something you want to forgive yourself or if there's any emotion that just wants to be perceived and felt.

Maybe there's a part within you that needs attention and wants to be accepted.

So I invite you to take a moment to really dive deep into your heart space and be there for yourself by accepting yourself,

Maybe forgiving yourself if there's something to forgive or just by being there and perceiving the connection to you and allow the process to continue and I invite you to imagine that you breathe in self-love and healing and that your heart space is being filled with these energies of the healing and you really feel more and more amazing energy in your heart space and allow the energy of self-love to sink deeper and deeper into your body and perceive how you breathe it in and it flows directly into your heart space and it spreads out into your shoulders,

Into your neck,

Also into your arms,

Hands and fingers.

Maybe you see the self-love as a color,

Golden light,

White light,

Pink light,

Whatever feels right to you.

Also perceive how this amazing energy of self-love flows into your upper back,

Into your lower back.

It also fills your belly and flows into your pelvis and with every breath it flows even more into your legs,

Also into your feet and into your toes.

Just allow it to be spread into your body and also feel how this amazing energy of self-love flows into your throat and flows into every part of your face and into your entire head and brain and really perceive how you are filled with self-love and if you want set the intention that the self-love,

The energy of self-love is being stored into your cells,

Into your DNA so you can really set an anchor and act much faster to it.

Remember you can reconnect at any time to this amazing energy of self-love.

You can be more and more in that amazing state.

It's in your hands.

Now slowly,

Slowly perceive your breath a bit more.

Perceive the ground underneath you.

Feel your body.

Maybe you want to start moving your arms,

Your legs.

Maybe you want to stretch a bit.

Whatever feels fine to you.

And now you take three deep breaths in and out before you open your eyes and you take this amazing energy of self-love into your day.

Have an amazing day with a lot of self-love,

Abundance and connection to yourself.
