Activation Of Your 12 Chakras

A long time ago, much more of our true potential was activated and our 12 chakras were at their full power. However, during the times of Atlantis, we started to misuse our potential, and therefore, 5 of our 12 chakras were deactivated.
Now, finally, we have the opportunity to activate our potential more & more.
This meditation can help you to do this :-)

I practice this meditation every day and I really feel an amazingly beneficial effect.

Welcome in this meditation in which you can cleanse and activate your 12 Atlantean chakras.

First of all I recommend to stand or to sit down comfortably since it's important for this meditation that your lower body is connected to the ground and your upper body is upright so your head is the highest point.

Make sure that nothing and no one can bother you,

That you have really a moment for yourself.

Gently close your eyes and take some deep breaths out and in like the waves of the endless ocean.

Soft and powerful at the same time.

Just perceive the energy you inhale and just let go all stuff you don't need by your exhale.

And feel the natural rhythm of your breath and maybe you start to breathe a bit deeper and you connect more and more with your body by your breath.

And now go with your attention to your root chakra and doesn't matter if you're standing or sitting first of all imagine that there are energetic roots growing out of your root chakra into the ground.

And you see that your roots which are in the ground connect more or less one meter underneath the ground and builds the earth star chakra.

This is the first Atlantean chakra which is more or less one meter in Mother Earth.

And just perceive your earth star chakra,

The symbol is yin yang.

And now in order to cleanse it,

Imagine that you circle it three times anti-clockwise and now that it is open you allow everything that is blocking you,

That is blocking your stability,

Your grounding just to let it go.

And imagine like energetic particles are just flowing down into Mother Earth and you know that Mother Earth will support the transformation process.

And allow this process to continue.

Now go with your attention to your root chakra with platinum color and also here open it three times anti-clockwise and allow everything to flow down which is connected to instability,

To insecurity,

To sexual blockages,

Also to mistrust and financial instability.

Let go of all of these energies out of the root chakra,

Just allow them to flow down.

Now allow the process to continue and go one chakra farther to the sacral chakra which is above the root chakra but still underneath your navel.

The color is pink and also here imagine that you circle it three times anti-clockwise so you can open it and just let the energies flow down of blocked creativity,

Blocked female energies,

Of stored emotions,

Of blocked joy,

Joy of life and also of blocked sexual energies and missing self-love.

Just allow all of these energies to flow down and let them go.

And allow this process to continue and go one chakra farther to the navel chakra which is a bit above the sacral chakra but underneath the navel.

The color here is orange and also here open it by circling it three times anti-clockwise and just let go of the energies of not feeling connected to a group of people,

Of blocked inner passion and of blocked inspiration energy.

Allow the process to continue and then move to the next chakra,

The solar plexus chakra in your upper belly.

The color here is golden with a shimmer of rainbow and circle it three times anti-clockwise in order to open it and let go of the energies of control,

Of having too much boundaries or not enough boundaries,

Of not being present and of not feeling in your power.

Just allow these energies to flow down and let them go.

And allow this process to continue and move up to the heart chakra in the middle of your chest.

The color is white and open it by circling three times anti-clockwise and let go of sadness,

Of emotional pain,

Of feeling disconnected with people or with yourself.

Let go of the energy of not feeling understood,

Of not feeling hurt,

Feeling alone.

Just allow these energies to let go and to free yourself from them.

And allow this process to continue and move up to the next chakra,

To the throat chakra in an amazing royal blue and circle it three times anti-clockwise in order to open it.

And let go of the energy of feeling powerless,

Of not being able to speak your truth,

Of miscommunication and of unexpressed creativity and of not being yourself in some moments.

Just let all of the energies flow down and let them go.

And allow this process to continue and go up to the next chakra,

The third eye chakra in the middle of your forehead.

The color is crystal.

So circle it three times anti-clockwise to open it and just allow the energies of a blocked intuition,

Of old stored mental beliefs and all the blockages that block your clairvoyance and other spiritual talents.

Just let these blockages and these energies go.

And now allow the process to continue and move up to your crown chakra which is on the top of your head.

And here I perceive that you can open this chakra horizontally circling three times anti-clockwise and the color is crystal again.

So open this chakra and allow the energies of a blocked spiritual connection,

Of a blocked connection to the universe,

Of blocked spiritual abilities and of not being connected to your higher self.

Just allow all of these energies to let go.

And allow this process to continue and then move up to the next chakra,

The causal chakra which is more or less 8 to 10 centimeters above your head.

And you can imagine it as a white energetic ball which you also can open three times anti-clockwise in order to let go of blocking energy.

So just let go of too much let's say mental dust,

Mental energy which blocks your connection to higher spheres,

To higher energies.

Just allow all of the blockages to flow down.

And allow it to continue.

Now move one chakra upwards to the soul star chakra and the color is magenta.

This chakra is more or less 5,

6,

7,

8 centimeters above your causal chakra.

Also here circle it three times anti-clockwise.

And allow the energies which create an imbalance in your earth and spiritual energies to let go.

And allow this process to continue and move to the 12th,

The last chakra,

To the stargate chakra which is golden.

And this chakra is 5 to 10 centimeters above your soul star chakra.

And open this golden beautiful chakra three times anti-clockwise.

And allow the energy of not being connected to the source,

To the universe,

To everything.

Just allow these blockages to let go.

And allow this process to continue.

And in order to cleanse your chakras,

Your aura,

Your physical body,

Imagine a kind of a golden energetic shower that is cleansing everything.

And you are just there feeling and enjoying it.

So now just reconnect to your breath and perceive how you feel right now after the cleansing of your 12 Atlantean chakras.

Just take a moment to perceive your body.

And now it's time to activate and to raise the energetic vibration of your 12 chakras.

So first of all reconnect to your earth star chakra which is more or less one meter underneath you in mother earth.

The symbol here is yin and yang.

And now you perceive how amazing energy is flowing into that chakra.

And it's the energy of balancing your earth energies with your spiritual energies and this energy also helps you to be even more grounded and stable.

In order to stabilize your energetic vibration in this chakra at this level,

Circle three times clockwise in order to close it and stabilize it.

And now move on to the root chakra.

The color here is platinum.

And also here feel how amazing energy is flowing into your root chakra.

Energy of stability,

Security,

Sexual energy,

Financial flow,

Trust.

Everything is flowing into your root chakra and it raises your vibrations.

And also here close it by circling it three times clockwise in order to stabilize it on this new energetic level.

Now move on to your sacral chakra.

The color here is pink.

And perceive how amazing energy of female energy,

Female flow,

But also motivation,

Transformation,

Sexual energy,

Creativity,

Joy of life is flowing into your sacral chakra.

And also here close it by circling it three times clockwise to stabilize it on this level.

And now move on to the navel chakra.

The color here is orange.

And also perceive how wonderful energy is flowing through your roots up to the navel chakra and it fills it up with energy of living your passion,

Of feeling connected to a greater community and of joy of life to live your passion.

All that just flows into your navel chakra.

And also here close this chakra by circling it three times clockwise.

And now move on to your solar plexus chakra.

The color here is golden with a rainbow shimmer.

And perceive how wonderful energy is flowing into your solar plexus chakra.

Feel the energy of being present,

Being in your power,

Of your willpower,

Of healthy boundaries and of the ability to let go of control and to trust more.

All of that is flowing into your solar plexus chakra.

Just let it happen.

And also here close it three times clockwise and move on to your heart chakra.

And the color here is white.

And here you also perceive how amazing energy is coming from Mother Earth through your roots up to your heart chakra.

Your heart chakra is being filled up with amazing energy of love,

Self-love,

Unconditional love,

Empathy for yourself and for others.

And just perceive this amazing energy in your heart chakra.

And in order to stabilize your heart chakra at this energetic level,

Circle it three times clockwise.

And now move on to your throat chakra.

The color here is royal blue.

And you perceive how amazing energy flows up into your throat chakra.

Energy of speaking your truth,

Of communication,

Inspired communication,

Of expressed creativity,

Self-expression.

And of the ability to stand up for yourself.

And just let it happen and enjoy.

And also here close it by circling three times clockwise.

And then move on to your third eye chakra.

The color here is crystal.

And you perceive here how amazing energy is flowing up into your third eye chakra.

Energy of intuition,

Clairvoyance,

Wisdom and mental clarity.

All this and much more flows into your third eye chakra.

And close it by circling it three times clockwise to stabilize it on this level.

And now move on to your crown chakra at the top of your head.

The color here is crystal.

And also here perceive how amazing energy of connection to your spirits,

Of your spiritual abilities,

Of your connection to your higher self,

How this flows into your crown chakra.

And maybe you perceive how your crown chakra expands into the universe so it's even more connected to the source.

And also here circle it three times clockwise to stabilize this new connection,

This new energetic level.

And then move on to the next chakra above your head to the causal chakra.

It's five to eight centimeters above your head.

The color is white.

And perceive how amazing energy flows into your causal chakra which supports you in receiving messages from let's say higher spheres,

Higher energies and which supports you to regulate your rational mind.

And also here close it by circling it three times clockwise.

And then move on to the next chakra,

The soul star chakra.

The color is magenta.

And this chakra is five to eight,

Nine,

Ten centimeters above your causal chakra.

And it's the counterpart to the earth star chakra.

And feel how amazing energy,

The color of magenta,

Is flowing into your soul star chakra.

It's the energy of a higher consciousness and of balancing your earth energy with your spiritual energy.

And also here close it three times clockwise.

And move up to the twelfth chakra,

The stargate chakra.

And the color is gold.

And this chakra is even above your soul star chakra,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight centimeters.

It's very individual.

It's important what you perceive.

And here you perceive how amazing energy in a golden color flows up into your stargate chakra.

And this energy supports your connection to the universe,

To the stars,

To higher beings,

Higher knowledge,

Higher wisdom.

And also here you close it by circling it three times clockwise.

Now take a moment to perceive how you feel right now.

And now reconnect to your earth star chakra and really feel how you are anchored in mother earth.

And then move up with your attention to your root chakra,

To your sacral chakra,

Navel chakra,

Surplexus chakra.

Feel how everything gets connected through a channel of light.

Then move up to your heart chakra,

To your throat chakra,

Third eye chakra,

Crown chakra,

Causal chakra,

Soul star,

And stargate.

And feel the extension of the stargate chakra,

Which connects you to the universe.

And now you perceive that you are connected to the earth and to the universe.

And you are the bridge between the two.

And you have the ability to manifest more and more of the amazing ideas and visions which you receive.

You have the power to use both of the energies,

Spiritual,

Universal energies and the earth energies.

So now reconnect to your breath.

Still perceive your power,

Your connection,

Your energy.

And be aware that you can reconnect at any time of your day,

In any moment to these energies.

You always have them with you,

Within.

So perceive your body.

Maybe you want to start to move a bit.

And then breathe three times out and in before you open your eyes and are fully present in the here and now.

Enjoy your day with these amazing energies and reactivate them at any time.

Because the power is within you.
