Welcome to this shamanic meditation,
Thanks to which you can heal and transform some emotional issues,
Some situations,
By perceiving them from different perspectives.
First of all,
Just close your eyes and make yourself comfortable.
You can sit or lay down.
Just take the position which feels right to you right now.
And take some deep breaths and perceive your inhale and your exhale and perceive how the energy goes out and in,
How your breath goes out and in.
Just like the waves from an endless ocean,
Strong and soft at the same time.
And feel the ground underneath you.
Ground yourself by connecting more to Mother Earth.
And perceive how your physical body is being taken care of.
Perceive how your feet are relaxing,
Your legs.
There is also some relaxation in your pelvis,
In your belly.
There is relaxing energy in your back,
In your chest.
You also relax your shoulders and your neck.
You also feel some relaxation in your arms,
Hands and fingers.
You relax your throat,
Your jaw,
The muscles around your eyes,
Your forehead.
And finally you feel how your body is more and more relaxed.
Everything which you don't need is just flowing down or being exhaled.
And now to start with,
Just take one situation or emotional issue or a question to which you want to find an answer.
And then imagine the situation or the emotional issue in front of you.
And first of all perceive how you feel about it and how you perceive it in general.
And now let's start with the first of four shamanic archetypes which can help you to transform things,
Let go of the old and build up something new.
The first perspective and archetype in this shamanic tradition is the snake.
The perception of the snake is just the facts,
What has happened and leaving the emotions beside for a while.
Now I invite you to perceive the situation or the issue just by observing the facts,
The words which have been said,
The things which have happened.
And just perceive it neutral and objective and leave the emotions beside.
Just give you a moment to perceive it from that perspective,
The perspective of the snake.
And then let go of what you saw,
What you perceived and just breathe it out and come back with your attention to your breath.
And now let's move to the second shamanic archetype,
The jaguar.
And let's perceive your situation or issue from the perspective of the jaguar,
Of the jaguar energy.
So the emotions,
The transformation,
How did it feel,
What has happened on an emotional level.
Now take a moment to perceive it just from that point of view and that perspective.
How did you feel about it,
What has happened on an emotional level.
And take a moment to feel that,
Perceive the emotions within your body and just observe.
Don't go into the drama,
Just feel the emotions and observe them at the same time and allow the energies to continue their work and come back with your attention to your breath.
Let's move to the third perspective,
The perspective of the hummingbird.
Now perceive the present situation or the issue out of the perspective of the hummingbird.
So perceive what's the sweetness in your situation,
So what can you learn about it,
What's your,
Let's say,
Spiritual task,
What are the talents you can develop thanks to this situation.
So here,
Let the things you've seen just flow away and come back with your attention to your breath.
And now let's perceive your situation from the perspective of the condor.
It's a similar bird to the eagle.
And in this perspective you can perceive how the situation can develop in the future.
Can you learn from it and then adapt into your life?
What happens if you really learn your tasks and you really solve your old issues and you become stronger?
What new situation can be created then?
What visions to the future are coming into your mind?
Just take a moment to perceive your situation from the perspective of the condor.
And also here,
Let go of the pictures and come back to your breath.
Now that you've perceived a new possible situation,
Let's do the meditation again and go through the four archetypes to manifest that new situation more and more with all aspects.
So when you have your new situation,
New perspective,
New visions,
Now perceive it from the perspective of the snake.
What are the facts about your new desired situation?
What is happening?
What words are said?
What are the actions you do during your day?
People you attract into your life?
Just take a moment to imagine that out of the perspective of the snake.
And now let the energies to continue their manifestation work and come back to your breath.
Take some deep breaths out and in.
Now let's move to the perspective of the jaguar.
What is the perspective of the jaguar on your new vision and on your new situation?
How do you feel in your new situation?
What are the emotions?
How are the energies?
Just take a moment to perceive it from that perspective and really feel it in your body.
Perceive the emotions and the energies as intensely as you can.
And also here just let the energies do their work and come back to your breath.
Let's take the perspective of the hummingbird.
What is the sweetness in the new situation?
What new talents can be developed then?
What's your new soul task in this new situation?
Just take a moment to perceive it from the perspective of the hummingbird.
And also here just let the energies do their work and come back with your attention to your breath.
And let's move to the fourth perspective,
The perspective of the condor.
So how can your new situation develop in the future?
How will it influence your social environment?
What bigger effects can it have on the people around you,
On your future,
On the future of your social environment?
And what effects can it have,
Let's say,
From a bigger picture,
Bigger perspective?
Just take a moment to perceive the visions and future possibilities out of the perspective of the condor.
And allow the energies to do their work and you come back with your attention to your breath.
And now you put all perspectives together and see the entire new situation with the facts,
With the energies and emotions,
With the talents,
Sweetness and soul tasks and also how it can develop in the future.
Just take a moment to perceive the bigger picture and feel the impact it has on you.
And allow these amazing energies to flow into your entire body,
Into every cell.
Remember that you can reactivate these energies at any time and at any place because the energy is within you.
You just need to focus on it and build it up.
So just come back to your breath.
Start to perceive your body more and more.
So perceive the ground underneath you.
The amazing energy is still there,
Still flowing through your body.
Here is to perceive the room or just the space around you.
And you take 3-4 deep breaths before you open your eyes and are fully present in the here and now.
